About Kathy A.
Communication
Safety, trust & environment
I am currently open to drop-in visits at your home, and just recently added boarding as I am currently “between cats.” I will provide photos and detailed notes from each visit, so that you can feel comfortable knowing when the visits are happening and how your pet is doing. I recommend boarding at my home only for cats that have a history of adjusting well to new environments. Most cats do just fine after 24-48 hours. I have no pets or children in my home at this time, so I am able to provide a quiet, calm environment for boarding cats. Some do better staying in their own environment, so if that’s your cat, I am happy to do drop-in visits at your home.

Information Kathy A. would like to know about your pet
If there are any special needs for your cat, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. I look forward to caring for your cat!
A typical day
If your cat is playful, I will engage with them and encourage them to play and get some exercise. If they are more timid, I take their cues and give them time to warm up to me.

Cat care experience
I've been a cat owner for 19 years recently lost my 19-year old senior cat (Sammy). Previously, I had his sibling (Sapphire) until the age of 16 years. I am experienced with kitten energy all the way up to senior cat care. I am experienced with 2-3 times daily insulin injections for diabetic cats. I have cared for friend's and family member's pets and I look forward to meeting your feline family members!
Reviews

Kathy is simply the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure our pets’ needs are met while we’re away. You can always rely on her!

As always, Kathy is a great and attentive sitter for our cats!

Kathy is the best! She takes the best care of our furry loved ones!

This is our second time having Kathy look after our babies while we were away. Honestly best sitter out there. She took such an amazing care of our 2 cats. She still had notes from last time, which I thought it was amazing. Really shows how great she is. Her Rover Cards are so detailed and funny. Definitely made our trip better and less worried about the cats. She came around the same time every day, played with them, fed them and cleaned the litter boxes. Easy to stay in contact w her in case anything changed. We truly love Kathy and definitely booking w her again for our next trip.
