About: I have a dog of my own at home and also lived with a dog in my college apartment! I have no issues playing with energetic dogs or hanging out and chilling too! I have worked extensively with my friend who is in vet school with her cats and her foster dogs and feel comfortable in many situations. I will spoil your babies rotten!! I attend RWU Law School during the week but have light days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and can come to relieve pets or hang out for a little! I have plenty of homework to do and can do that while snuggling with your pet! I am free most weekends as well. I work very hard to create a good relationship with the family of the dog as well as the dog themselves. Everything is up to the family and whatever they are comfortable with. I am comfortable with staying over, bringing the dog out for walks or a drive or coming over to feed the dog and give them lots of love!

About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life, starting to volunteer at shelters at age 8. I regularly foster dogs through Paws New England, so I’m experienced with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and backgrounds, including those adjusting to new environments. I also have hands-on experience with anxiety and fear-based reactivity through my own dog, which has taught me patience, structure, and how to effectively read body language. While I’m not a certified trainer, I’ve spent years learning and applying positive reinforcement training methods and behavior management techniques. I’ve been vegan for decades and protecting animals and ensuring their safety and comfort is something I take seriously in every aspect of my life. I treat every dog in my care with the same attention, compassion, and respect as my own. I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I can accommodate different energy levels, whether your pup prefers relaxing and napping much of the day at home or getting out more frequently for exercise or enrichment. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood that’s great for walks, with nearby trails and beach access for enrichment (if appropriate for your dog). I’m very mindful of each dog’s needs and temperament, especially those who may be anxious or adjusting. In my home, dogs are kept separate from my senior dog to ensure a calm, low-stress environment for everyone. I take introductions, boundaries, and routines seriously and always prioritize a safe, structured, and positive experience.

About: I've been responsible for taking care of pets ever since I can remember- cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments. However, for the past few years I've been traveling a lot and so do not have any pets currently. Throughout the years, I've been a Vet Tech and adopted and fostered puppies through hospice dogs and several cats, and have had extremely friendly and reactive dogs. I'm willing to meet your pet where they are. I work from home and really enjoy my area of the world, so I tend to be a homebody during the week. I go for daily beach walks and enjoy swimming when it's warm enough. My neighborhood is great for walking, too. I love to get out and hike or explore on the weekends, but am also happy with projects around the house. High energy pups and couch potatoes are both welcome. I have a 4 foot fenced in yard and plenty of couch space. It's important to do what I can to help your pet be comfortable in a new environment, so I try to keep to their schedule as much as possible. I do have a large crate and room for you to bring your own if that works better. The ticks are out in force so please make sure your dog is on preventive. I cannot accept dogs with bite history or food/toy aggression.

About: Hello! My name is Rachel! I’m 26 years old and currently live with my fiancé Connor and our three-year old cat, Finn in Barrington, RI. I have owned dogs my entire life and have taken care of my friends and neighbors pets when they needed it. Animals are my greatest passion so I’m very excited to see what opportunities Rover brings! I have a lot of experience dog walking and dog sitting on Rover when I was in college in New York City. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. My work schedule is flexible and I can usually stop at home on lunch to check in. We have a friendly cat to keep your pet company and plenty of space for your pup to run around outside and in! We also live close to a dog park and the beach. We frequent the East Bay Bike Path often for walks and bike rides which we’d love your pet to join us on!

About: I am a dog lover who loves spending time with dogs and understanding their need for play and comfort. I do well with all types of dogs and adore my two golden doodles at home ages 9 and 5. I am comfortable taking dogs out for daily, weekly or off cycle walks whenever the owner needs to go on vacation, take a day trip, or a night out. You are a great listener and follow an owner’s requirements for daily care whether that is replacing water bowls, gentle brushing, walking dogs in a specific way, or even extra cuddles :) .
