Julia was absolutely amazing! She did 3 drops in visits for us with Harley last week and it was the best experience. Harley can be very timid and scared and Julia even came by our house the day before to meet him while we were home and Harley took to her right away, it made me feel so good about my decision. Every update included photos and in each photo harley looked happy and comfortable it made me feel so good to know he was being taken care of while I was away and my husband was at work. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
