My apartment is definitely animal friendly, with only on carpeted room. I will always notify the owner or any health issue, and with coordinate with the owner emergency protocols. Outside, there is a waterfront your pet can visit for walks, large yards that the pet can explore, and even an enclosed area where your pet can be unleashed so they can get a chance to roam free if ever necessary. As far as individual animal routines for food and walks are concerned, I would only take on a job if I was able to provide the animal with its precise schedule. I have experience with puppies, small, and large breed dogs. My 90lb Anatolian shepherd, Violet, is an 11yo that I have had since she was 9 weeks from the rescue. I'm currently working part-time and have a very flexible schedule. I am available to come by 3x a day on work days, and 4x a day on days off. I do not offer a boarding option for my home. My dog as she's gotten elderly can be reactive to other dogs in her space. For walks, depending on behavioral notes, we would avoid other animals on the street, i.e. crossover, and avoid areas largely populated with dogs.
