I am privately insured through the company Pet Care Insurance. Besides constantly caring for my own pet, I never get tired of spending time with animals. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for many years, I am a huge animal lover. For neighbors, friends, family, all dogs and cats big and small I have so much love for them all. I work part time as a CNA, I only work a few days a week so I am available to watch your pups! I work every other weekend so i’d be available for boarding on my off weekends. I have a large yard and my dog gets taken out on a leash, I have a puppy so I am familiar with crate training and house training.

About: I have been caring for dogs and other animals for most of my life. I started when I was 13 and have never stopped. I have a rescue of my own and view her as part of my family; I know exactly what it means to care for pets on a daily basis. I believe that trust between the owner, pet, and carer is so important, and will do my best to make you feel confident your furry family member is taken care of correctly and with lots of love. I also have training and confidence-building experience with all ages and personalities. I only use positive-based training methods. I am comfortable with reactive dogs! I am comfortable with fearful or nervous dogs. I can give medication or potty-train, no problem. I currently stay at home and would be solely dedicated to caring for your pups! I have no obligations that would interfere with any schedules or timely needs that you or your pet may have. I am very flexible! I have a very friendly dog at home, however, she does go to work with my partner some days. My dog is high-energy and goes for long walks with lots of sniffing! She also gets 1-2 hours of exercise in a large fenced-in yard of a family member every day. If your dog is high energy we can meet those needs! (Don't worry low-energy dogs, I see you too & you can snooze as much as you want to)

Harley can be very timid and scared and Julia even came by our house the day before to meet him while we were home and Harley took to her right away, it made me feel so good about my decision. I travel for work and we will definitely be using Julia everytime going forward as long as she is available. Every update included photos and in each photo harley looked happy and comfortable it made me feel so good to know he was being taken care of while I was away and my husband was at work. I work from home, so your baby will get nonstop attention and cuddles! I do have a fenced in yard and do not require dogs to be crate trained. I always prioritize your dog’s specific needs—whether that’s gentle walks for seniors or active play for puppies. I work from home/have a flexible schedule, allowing me to be present with your dog/cat. I treat every pet like they are part of my family and always focus on both your pet’s mental and physical exercise. I ensure a safe environment by keeping fresh water available, maintaining a clean space, and checking that all gates are secure. I do allow your pet to sleep on my bed unless instructed otherwise. I send photo/video updates and follow your feeding/medication instructions as well as any others given. I do allow meet & greets at my house if preferred!

About: Owned dogs entire life, have trained rescue dogs, and have experience in providing senior care for dogs. My dog is diabetic so I also have experience with insulin injections and oral medication. I have a fenced in backyard and many toys for dogs to play with! I am able to board and care for dogs throughout the weeks due to flexibility in my schedule. I am also willing to let your dog out when available, and help in any way I can! I will make sure the dogs are loved and shown affection, played with, walked, and taken care of as needed. I will always make sure the dogs are happy, have water at all times, toys to play with, etc.

My apartment is definitely animal friendly, with only on carpeted room. I will always notify the owner or any health issue, and with coordinate with the owner emergency protocols. Outside, there is a waterfront your pet can visit for walks, large yards that the pet can explore, and even an enclosed area where your pet can be unleashed so they can get a chance to roam free if ever necessary. As far as individual animal routines for food and walks are concerned, I would only take on a job if I was able to provide the animal with its precise schedule. I work from home so I can provide more high maintenance needs, and am available for boarding for short and long periods, house sitting, or occasional visits. In boarding situations I do have one caged rabbit, who could easily be placed in the basement if he is not compatible with your pet. Sleeping/cage/bathing situations can be discussed if necessary!
