Outside, there is a waterfront your pet can visit for walks, large yards that the pet can explore, and even an enclosed area where your pet can be unleashed so they can get a chance to roam free if ever necessary. As far as individual animal routines for food and walks are concerned, I would only take on a job if I was able to provide the animal with its precise schedule. When we got the first couple of doggie report cards, Lisa had only walked rico 0.5ish miles. I was disappointed because I had hoped a 30 min walk would be closer to 1.5 miles. I spoke with Lisa about this and his next walks were 1 mile. It may be my own fault for not specifying that I wanted the emphasis of her 30min time blocks to be actually walking, vs playing with toys or brushing him, which are perfectly nice things to do but not for such a high energy dog like ours. Overall, our dog is alive and happy. Lisa fed our cat for free and helped coordinate visits/feedings with my family, who was also helping care for the pets. Some of the report cards showed that Lisa had spent 45 mins with Rico while only being payed for the 30, which I thought was very generous.”
About: Since 2010 I learned to care for neighborhood pet friends so I could prove that I can have my own dog. From that I got my own baby boy and have spent 12 lovely years with him, but unfortunately he's out of state with his grandparents now. I miss him so much and would love to transfer all that energy to your loved one :) I'm currently working part time, so I have plenty of free time to spend a couple hours with your baby and take them for a nice, long walk and play with them :) whatever they need, I'd love to do! I care about safety, privacy, cleanliness, and trust. I won't go anywhere/use anything unless asked (and I will check with you before doing anything we didn't talk about, such as if I were to bring treats, I'd make sure you are okay with what I give them before giving it to them). About: I’ve taken care of family pets my entire life and began pet sitting for family, neighbors, and family friends as a teenager. During my first year of college, I started housesitting too, and I’ve since cared for many lovely kitties, bunnies, and dogs, as well as some guinea pigs and chickens. I’m especially good with cats, dogs, bunnies, and chickens, as I’ve had them all myself, but I feel comfortable taking care of most animals as long as I’m given instructions for those I’m not familiar with (for example, horses or reptiles). About: Mother of two kiddos and one doggy. I just took a break from watching dogs while we welcomed a new pup to our family. He’s a 1 year old Portuguese Water dog and he’s very friendly and loves to play. I’ve had dogs my whole life and love taking care of them. Please reach out with any questions about me. Thank you! My days are usually spent at home with my youngest and our pup so another dog or two fit into our schedule perfectly. We have a semi fenced yard in a very quiet neighborhood that is close to a beach. We also have a fully fenced back deck where the dogs can be inside or outside at their leisure. We love to play and we have plenty of time for walks or playing fetch and cuddles.
