My apartment is definitely animal friendly, with only on carpeted room. I will always notify the owner or any health issue, and with coordinate with the owner emergency protocols. Outside, there is a waterfront your pet can visit for walks, large yards that the pet can explore, and even an enclosed area where your pet can be unleashed so they can get a chance to roam free if ever necessary. As far as individual animal routines for food and walks are concerned, I would only take on a job if I was able to provide the animal with its precise schedule. Also at home I adopted Macy who has cancer as a kitten. She was treated and she is 3 years in remission now bc I played with her and brushed her and gently got her eating again through the chemo program. My reputation grew as a good cat babysitter and dog walker and caregiver. I am gentle, patient, firm and have strong communication with dogs and I speak the language of cats. I also am in very good athletic condition so I can offer your dog and cat a strong enough dose of energy and fun that your dog's anxiety about you not being there can subside. Your cats and dogs miss you when you leave them for work and important events. But I will fill in the gaps so they feel a warm friend is looking after them until you return home. I care for my own cat. Doing the litter daily and feeding her in the morning and evening with some in the middle of the day. She has cozy places to sleep and toys to play with to stay active. “Lisa is a very kind, gentle person who we hired to walk our dog, Rico, 5x (30 min ea walk) during our honeymoon. When we got the first couple of doggie report cards, Lisa had only walked rico 0.5ish miles. I was disappointed because I had hoped a 30 min walk would be closer to 1.5 miles. I spoke with Lisa about this and his next walks were 1 mile. It may be my own fault for not specifying that I wanted the emphasis of her 30min time blocks to be actually walking, vs playing with toys or brushing him, which are perfectly nice things to do but not for such a high energy dog like ours. Overall, our dog is alive and happy. Lisa fed our cat for free and helped coordinate visits/feedings with my family, who was also helping care for the pets. Some of the report cards showed that Lisa had spent 45 mins with Rico while only being payed for the 30, which I thought was very generous.”

About: Hi , I’m a semi retired pet lover looking for some dogs to walk in the Tiverton area , I have several of my own pets and I’m very experienced in walking and caring for all sizes and shapes ;) I’ve been walking dogs for several years in the neighborhood and love the fresh air and exercise, I’m also available for stop in visits and can care for small animals such as rabbits , cats and chinchillas which I have a lot of experience with , as I have two of my own who will be 16 this year. Please consider me if you’re running late and you just need a quick pop over so your pets don’t have to wait and you don’t have to rush ;) I’m currently working part time and have plenty of free time during the day to help others exercise or drop in to check on their dogs . I have a fenced in yard and can crate or contain your dog if needed in my home to make sure it is safe and happy.

Having grownup with different dogs and now owning a husky as well as a german shepherd of my own I have many years of experience with all different types of dogs.I know what it takes for big , small , energetic or relaxed pets. Whether your dog comes for a stay at my house or i stop by to check on them at home they will always feel loved and get alot of attention. When your dog stays at my house they will have plenty of time outside as my dogs cannot get enough or even out for a walk around the nearest park. If you have questions or concerns let me know ! With such a great work life balance I know have I wanted to be able to give other pet parents the peace of mind their dogs can also have plenty of love and attention while you are busy! I believe that our pets are part of our families this means when your dog is in my home they are treated as such. They will get plenty of attention and be able to play outdoors each day to run off some energy. In your own home I will ensure all of your rules you have set in place are followed as well as provide plenty of love and attention to your pet while you are off either at work, or running errands.

“Jennifer took such good care of our dog Amelia. I was originally very apprehensive about leaving our dog with a sitter for a whole month, but turns out I had nothing to worry about. Jennifer was communicative ahead of time, and let us come by to meet her and see the house. From that meeting it was clear she and her family had a lot of experience and that Amelia would be in good hands. During the stay we got daily updates and the cutest photos. Jennifer’s daughter is a pro too, and also adorable, and gave our dog all the cuddles while we were gone. And when we had an emergency and had to pick Amelia up a couple days later than planned, Jennifer was so gracious and accommodating. We can’t thank Jennifer and her family enough!!”
