About: Mason and I have both had pets our entire lives, there has not been a single moment in my life where there wasn't a pet in the house. Between the two of us, we have experience with dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, mice, hamsters, Guinae pigs, and even a little experience with birds. Though new to Rover itself, we have housesat many times for family and friends, taking care dogs and cats as well as chickens and even turtles. We live with my parents and their two dogs and two cats, whom we take care of when they go out of town. In addition to this, we are also pet parents to two adorable bunnies Motzi and Popo who my parents care for when I house sit. Mason and I are both in school, but work opposite shifts when not in class, so your furry friends will never be home alone for long periods of time. We are avid hikers and love to walk, so an active puppy is no problem for us. We both love animals and have extensive experience with a variety of pets and their personalities and would love to get to know yours! As pet parents ourselves, we know it can be difficult, and sometimes scary leaving them with other people for a time, but you can trust that Mason and I will provide thorough, loving care for your furry friend(s)! Mason works early morning into the afternoon and I am currently in college. When I am not in class, I have full availability with your pets, so your furry friends will never be home alone for very long. On a typical week, Mason and I both leave the house at around 6:30 or 7 am depending on how our commute may be where we are staying. I am usually back from school before noon and will spend the rest of the afternoon with your pets! Once Mason is home from work, we both take care of your furry friends. We will always do our best and move our schedules as much as possible to ensure that pets are not home alone for extended periods of time, especially young puppies or kittens as we know how adorable, yet mischievous they can be 😂! We are very flexible when it comes to the care of your pets, they are your pets after all! Whatever needs to be done for them, we got you! If for any reason, we think the job may require more time than we have to give, I will gladly let you know so that your pets will receive the care that they need and deserve. As lifelong pet owners, we have experience will mischievous puppies and kitties who get into stuff they shouldn't, as well as older pets who may need a little extra attention when it comes to things like food and medications. I have had many pets, and know how different their personalities and needs may be, and we are very comfortable catering to specific needs of your furry friends whether it be behavioral or medical.

About: My family and I have fostered dogs and cats, and litters of puppies and kittens since I was nine years old. Being homeschooled for a majority of my childhood, I was able to learn about taking care of these needy animals at such a young age. We have fostered dogs and cats of almost all ages, from newborns to adults. Even during the years, my family and I fostered these animals, I’ve had multiple neighbors at a time rely on me to visit and walk their dogs while they’re at work. That is how I got my first job at 11 years old. I’m out of school for the summer, so I am free practically whenever your pups need me! I can drop in/walk daily or weekly, whatever works for you! With my school and work schedule and the living situation I’m in, I don’t currently offer boarding services, but that may change in the future!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of different breeds since I was 15. I have experience in feeding, walking, playtime, and anything that helps keep them in their normal routine. Neighbors, family members, and friends have trusted me with their fur babies. I even still care for my neighbors sweet dog, Molly, from time to time when they are away. Caring for animals is very rewarding for me because I love seeing how quickly they react to patience and kindness. It feels meaningful to know that I’m improving their day-to-day comfort and happiness while their owner is away. I’m currently in college (off for the summer) so I’m available whenever you need me to care for your fur babies. Im available for walks any time and will gladly make home visits when needed. I understand that safety is one of the most important factors in caring for animals. I will always respect a client’s home and only do what is instructed of me. At my home, I have a large fenced in backyard my own dog loves!

About: I love snuggling and playing with dogs of all sizes! I used to be a dog groomer before I moved to Rhode Island in 2023. My family relied on me to watch their pups whenever they went away, which led to me watching their friends pups! I would usually trim or file the nails, as well as trim the paw pad hairs, if they wanted me to do that! I’m currently a full time Pre-K teacher in East Greenwich, which also goes through the summer! I would be able to do midday, evening, and nighttime walks if you just need a drop-in walk or all of that and an early morning walk for housesitting! I love having as much information as possible for pet(s) I watch, so I can help make them as comfortable as possible with a new person the first time, and to not throw them off of a schedule that they’re used to! I also love to take pictures of pets to send to you if you want them!

About: I’ve been fortunate to share my life with dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs of many breeds, sizes, ages, personalities, and temperaments, and every dog has taught me something new. Whether I’m taking a dog for a walk, stopping in for a drop-in visit, or providing pet sitting, I love building a connection with each dog and discovering what makes them feel confident, engaged, and happy. I believe the best care is about more than just exercise—it’s about giving dogs meaningful enrichment, companionship, and a positive experience in their own routine. My passion for dog training began with my Hunt Terrier, Harley. I’ve had dogs my whole life, but Harley was the first dog who led me into formal training. She was a nippy, challenging, bossy puppy! We completed McCann’s Life Skills program and are now part of their Higher Learning program. Through training Harley, I became fascinated by canine behavior and how dogs learn and communicate. I love continuing to learn about positive reinforcement, body language, and ways to help dogs build confidence and succeed. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve provided walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, companionship, and pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors while they were working or away. I also participate in instructor-guided pack walks with dogs of many different personalities and training levels, including reactive dogs. These experiences have helped me become comfortable reading dogs, staying calm, and adapting to each dog’s individual needs. When I’m with your dog, I’m not just there to complete a task. I want our time together to be enjoyable, engaging, and tailored to who they are. Whether your dog loves exploring on walks, needs a little extra patience during a drop-in visit, enjoys structured playtime, or benefits from quiet companionship while you’re away, I’ll make sure they have a positive experience. I also offer enrichment opportunities during visits, including trick training, sniffing games, and other activities that give dogs a chance to use their minds as well as their bodies. I love working with dogs of all ages, from puppies learning about the world to senior dogs who need a gentler pace. I’m also comfortable administering medications according to your instructions. After each visit, you’ll receive photos and an update so you can see your dog enjoying their time and have peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. I am available Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm Weekends May be available upon request I have openings for walks, enrichment, pet sitting and drop ins. Dog boarding is on a pet by pet basis. Hours will vary depending on clients needs. I treat every pet as if they were my own. Safety, love, and individualized care always come first. My large home and large yard provide plenty of space for enrichment and supervised outdoor time. I have lots of toys, agility equipment, training props and water fun. Harley, my friendly 15-pound Hunt Terrier, can provide companionship or be separated based on your dog’s comfort.

About: I've been responsible for taking care of pets ever since I can remember- cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments. However, for the past few years I've been traveling a lot and so do not have any pets currently. Throughout the years, I've been a Vet Tech and adopted and fostered puppies through hospice dogs and several cats, and have had extremely friendly and reactive dogs. I'm willing to meet your pet where they are. I work from home and really enjoy my area of the world, so I tend to be a homebody during the week. I go for daily beach walks and enjoy swimming when it's warm enough. My neighborhood is great for walking, too. I love to get out and hike or explore on the weekends, but am also happy with projects around the house. High energy pups and couch potatoes are both welcome. I have a 4 foot fenced in yard and plenty of couch space. It's important to do what I can to help your pet be comfortable in a new environment, so I try to keep to their schedule as much as possible. I do have a large crate and room for you to bring your own if that works better. The ticks are out in force so please make sure your dog is on preventive. I cannot accept dogs with bite history or food/toy aggression.

My background is in public service and childcare, which has taught me the importance of responsibility, communication, patience, and creating a safe environment for the people (and pets!) who depend on me. Whether your pet loves long walks, endless games of fetch, snuggling on the couch, or simply sticking to their usual routine, I'm happy to adjust to their individual personality and needs. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone new, so I make communication a priority. I'll always provide regular updates, photos, and plenty of reassurance while you're away.
