“We are absolutely thrilled to have found Rich (Kemba) for our American Bulldog, George. Our meet & greet was off to a slow start, as George is not always friendly to new people. Kemba and his wife Sandra, however, we so amazingly patient, understanding and kind to George - allowing him time to warm up a bit as we talked about his particular needs. Clearly they have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with all sorts of animals, including those who are "misunderstood". We scheduled a 2 week period of 2/day drop-in visits for George, beginning with yesterday (while my husband and I were home to show Kemba the ropes). George was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming, but Kemba remained calm and collected, explaining George's behavior and reassuring him. He reassured me as well, as I was stressing out over George's outburst. We reviewed some of the notes I left for Kemba and went outside for a short playtime. George is very capable, caring hands with this man. We have a very good feeling moving forward and are confident that he and George will be great friends. I cannot recommend Kemba more highly.”

About: I’ve always has a passion for animals since I was a kid! I started pet sitting and dog walking for fun and it became something I loved doing!! It gave me a chance to love and take care of someone one else’s pets besides mine! Weekends, nights, and some weekly available I will have currently but hoping that I will have more availability come the winter! I will update as needed I will not be able to care for pets in my own home for the time being as I still have a puppy. Eventually down the road this is something I would try and be able to do! I am willing to stay in the clients home with a meet and greet prior!

About: I used to work as a kennel assistant at a dog training facility that did dog boarding and doggie daycare, so I have experience with helping training dogs. I still work full time in vet med, but I am more than happy to rover on my days off or even after work, I get out around 5:30pm. I will treat anyone's house with respect. When I am in a client's home I will only do what I am there for, which is to take care of ones cats or dogs.

About: I've had several pets since I was young, but many of which I had to let go due to frequent moving and lack of accommodation. My forever friend however was a chihuahua belonging to my aunt/uncle that I loved dearly but unfortunately passed from old age. I have experience in basic command and obedience training. My main skillset is my patience, I believe that's a key trait for anyone looking to care for pets as they do require a lot of supervision and mistakes are inevitable until they can fully develop self-control and obedience through careful and loving training and attention. Currently, studying to obtain a skillset in programing, I have additional time on hand when outside of studies which I can use for additional income. Studies are at my pace, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care and still fulfill my obligations. I'll ask some intake questions about any special care or concerns owners might have and follow up with additional questions about the pets regular habits. I can provide most forms of care, like a safe environment, regular feedings, medicine administration, basic training, bathroom breaks, and just general company. I have a yard, though it is partially open, but nearby is a fenced park that I can visit for those comfortable with their dog socializing with other canines.

I have a senior diabetic pomeranian and a 3 year old highly energetic Border Collie and both of my dogs seem to love Marissa! About: Hi there! I'm Jamie. I've always had a strong love and connection with animals. I've had cats since I was a little girl and I'd take in and love a skunk, squirrel and chipmunk if I could! I've had 2 dogs of my own throughout the years, right now I have 1 dog, 2 cats and a bearded dragon all who get along very very well with each other as well as other animals and people. I was a head Vet Technician at an animal hospital for 3 years. There I dealt not only with feeding, bathing/grooming, the handling of sick and healthy animals of all kinds, boarding, surgery recovery, medicine administration and overall care of the animals but also cleaning, sanitizing and bedding of sleep/living areas for them. I have experience with handling plenty of loving, friendly fur babies and I do also have experience with those few feisty stubborn ones! I get it we all have bad days! I'm a friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic animal lover full of love and excitement for the babies! I understand life can get busy trying to provide the best for our pets and I'm here to help! Openings are as seen in the calendar and will be updated as appointments are scheduled. I typically start about 10am until about 6-7pm (drop ins and daycare) but again I am open depending on what it is you need/are looking for. In their home any messes from pets will always been cleaned up even if just for a pop in. Your home is your home and that is respected 100 percent. For my home, the pet still will go by precisely what the client asks. They are accepted into my home as if they are another one of my own pets. In this house the animals are allowed on the furniture and to sleep in bed with me if that's what they are comfortable with. I live on a dead end with a small creek behind my home. I have long leads and plenty of grass in a safe, secluded, quiet, peaceful, animal friendly area for potty breaks and outside play time. I have some clients that like to have a picture sent to them of their fur baby each visit which I'm always more than happy to do! Who doesn't love receiving a little photo shoot of their beloved pet!?

About: I’ve been around animals since the beginning of my life. I grew up with cats & dogs, small & large. I started learning about dog training in 2020, I trained my first service dog in 2022. I’m always working to learn more & continuously improve my knowledge. Body language is a huge factor when it comes to taking care of dogs & making sure they’re comfortable in their environment. I’m great with puppies as well & can help out with basic training. Any questions please feel free to ask! I work from home, so I start my day by taking my dog out to our apartment property’s dog park to use the bathroom, & get play time in, then I bring him in to feed him breakfast. If dog parks make you uncomfortable, I can always take your dog when the parks unoccupied. For meal time I make sure all dogs are separated from each others food. If your dog has trouble eating I always keep toppers on hand or different types of food such as, raw/cooked/air dried/& freeze dried. In the case there’s a medical emergency we have an emergency vet 15 mins down the road. If your dog needs to be crated when left unsupervised or for bedtime we have a crate sized for medium/large breeds. Animals are allowed on furniture & the living room is dog proof with lots of toys & beds, we keep the kitchen & bathroom off limits to prevent anyone from getting into something they’re not supposed to have. My dog has also been trained to be gentle with small animals as well to make sure everyone is comfortable & safe in their environment. If your dog eats too fast I offer slow feeders in my home.
