About: Throughout my life, animals and children have been drawn to my soft energy. I’ve had and been around dogs and cats all my life. I’ve been working with my giant schnauzer and friends’ dogs that range from rescued grey hounds to small mixed breeds. I am the go-to for any pet sitting for the fur babies. I’m an aunt to a female brindle kitty that is a sassy lady but loves to snuggle me when I visit. Additionally, I frequently watch a reactive grey hound and I am able to still provide the attention she deserves. I understand patience is key when working with people and animals. I’m a Behavioral Technician for children on the spectrum. I currently work 8 am-5 pm Mon-Fri in Warwick. I’m the perfect fit for holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends! I am thorough with my communication and the expectations needed for any situation. I am typically a homebody who enjoys movies, games, and reading. When house sitting, I usually hang around with your fur baby and offer emotional support until you return. I’ll follow their lead and offer bids for connection. I stick to the routine schedule provided to me (feedings and potty breaks). While providing the known routine for comfort to the animal, I use this time to attempt pairing whether that be with pets of affection, extra treats (if allowed and within acceptable limit), or structured play time.
About: Mason and I have both had pets our entire lives, there has not been a single moment in my life where there wasn't a pet in the house. Between the two of us, we have experience with dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, mice, hamsters, Guinae pigs, and even a little experience with birds. Though new to Rover itself, we have housesat many times for family and friends, taking care dogs and cats as well as chickens and even turtles. We live with my parents and their two dogs and two cats, whom we take care of when they go out of town. In addition to this, we are also pet parents to two adorable bunnies Motzi and Popo who my parents care for when I house sit. We are avid hikers and love to walk, so an active puppy is no problem for us. As pet parents ourselves, we know it can be difficult, and sometimes scary leaving them with other people for a time, but you can trust that Mason and I will provide thorough, loving care for your furry friend(s)! Mason works early morning into the afternoon and I am currently in college. When I am not in class, I have full availability with your pets, so your furry friends will never be home alone for very long. On a typical week, Mason and I both leave the house at around 6:30 or 7 am depending on how our commute may be where we are staying. I am usually back from school before noon and will spend the rest of the afternoon with your pets! Once Mason is home from work, we both take care of your furry friends. We will always do our best and move our schedules as much as possible to ensure that pets are not home alone for extended periods of time, especially young puppies or kittens as we know how adorable, yet mischievous they can be 😂! We are very flexible when it comes to the care of your pets, they are your pets after all! Whatever needs to be done for them, we got you! If for any reason, we think the job may require more time than we have to give, I will gladly let you know so that your pets will receive the care that they need and deserve. As lifelong pet owners, we have experience will mischievous puppies and kitties who get into stuff they shouldn't, as well as older pets who may need a little extra attention when it comes to things like food and medications. I have had many pets, and know how different their personalities and needs may be, and we are very comfortable catering to specific needs of your furry friends whether it be behavioral or medical.

She is completely dedicated to making sure she gets to your pet as well as take care of them as if they were her own .we went away for about 2 weeks and not knowing if it was going to snow again I hired a snow removal person to clear the driveway , walkway and stairs .. welll …. I have a senior diabetic pomeranian and a 3 year old highly energetic Border Collie and both of my dogs seem to love Marissa! We always get pictures of our smiling pups and it is clear they have a good time during the visit. Marissa is not only great with our dogs, but she is reliable, trustworthy, and will go the extra mile to accommodate bookings. We never come home to any accidents, and she is always kind enough to bring our packages in front the porch. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of different breeds since I was 15. I have experience in feeding, walking, playtime, and anything that helps keep them in their normal routine. Neighbors, family members, and friends have trusted me with their fur babies. I even still care for my neighbors sweet dog, Molly, from time to time when they are away. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life: dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, you name it! My smallest dog ever was a chihuahua and my largest is a cane corso. My home was also a foster home and we had many litters of puppies and kittens come through on their way to their forever families! I work full time so I am primarily available on weekends, but I do work from home once a week if you need a last minute walk or check in on a pet!
