About: I absolutely love all animals and am so excited to care for yours. I have had multiple dogs and cats growing up, watching them over weeks/weekends and also dog sitting family-friends pets. I also grew up taking care of horses so I feel comfortable around different animal and how to handle them in unique situations. I have my own pug and a yellow lab so I have experience with small and big dogs. My pets are my world and I will treat yours as my own. I am currently a student at the University of Rhode Island. About: i have cared for my own dog ever since i was 11 years old. I have also cared for neighbors dogs and helped train my sisters dog I am currently in college and working but i am available r day early morning 6-8:30 am and afternoons 2 and later on most days! My own dog i had was high energy and we would pay in the fenced in yard, go to parks and walk and have training times to keep up with his tricks! he is always fed and given fresh water everyday too!

About: I’ve been around animals since the beginning of my life. I grew up with cats & dogs, small & large. I started learning about dog training in 2020, I trained my first service dog in 2022. I’m always working to learn more & continuously improve my knowledge. Body language is a huge factor when it comes to taking care of dogs & making sure they’re comfortable in their environment. I’m great with puppies as well & can help out with basic training. Any questions please feel free to ask! I work from home, so I start my day by taking my dog out to our apartment property’s dog park to use the bathroom, & get play time in, then I bring him in to feed him breakfast. If dog parks make you uncomfortable, I can always take your dog when the parks unoccupied. For meal time I make sure all dogs are separated from each others food. If your dog has trouble eating I always keep toppers on hand or different types of food such as, raw/cooked/air dried/& freeze dried. In the case there’s a medical emergency we have an emergency vet 15 mins down the road. If your dog needs to be crated when left unsupervised or for bedtime we have a crate sized for medium/large breeds. Animals are allowed on furniture & the living room is dog proof with lots of toys & beds, we keep the kitchen & bathroom off limits to prevent anyone from getting into something they’re not supposed to have. My dog has also been trained to be gentle with small animals as well to make sure everyone is comfortable & safe in their environment. If your dog eats too fast I offer slow feeders in my home.

About: Hii! I volunteered at shelters but I preferred building a relationship with pets in Rhode Island :) I grew up around many dogs and cats. A fun challenge was when we adopted our German Shepherd puppy! Training him was a fun challenge, but it was harder (yet more rewarding) when we adopted his brother as well! Now they’re grown and trained but I can still see the little puppy they are in their eyes! I also have a senior dog that needs extra care, but I love making sure she’s comfy and gets her massages. I work a hybrid 9-5, so I can make time mornings and evenings for pet care. On my work from home days I am more flexible to do care during the day. Weekends are fully available! In your home I would make sure pets are in their designated areas and can’t escape! Cleanliness is the largest thing I would keep in mind while making sure your pet is comfortable!

Simply put, your pets are mine for the time they are in my care, and I will treat them with the same love and attention that I give my own because I know how much pets enrich our lives. I do not board, but I tailor my care based off of the care you are already providing for your pet, so there is as little change to their normal routine as possible.

About: I got my first dog in 1982. My first cat in 2021. I learned to walk, play with, feed and love my dog, Cara. Then in 1997 another came into my life and again I cared for her basic needs but next I learned to watch and listen to this one... and trained her in tricks and solid obedience. Next I started house sitting for sick old dog's who needed 24/7 attention. This was for Maureen Martin’s dog Higgins and her cat, Rio, in San Diego for 1999 - 2000. Later I found myself caring for so many people's dogs and cats, the last being in Westchester New York 2 weeks ago for Eliza, a black lab belonging to Mr and Mrs Brian S. Also at home I adopted Macy who has cancer as a kitten. She was treated and she is 3 years in remission now bc I played with her and brushed her and gently got her eating again through the chemo program. My reputation grew as a good cat babysitter and dog walker and caregiver. I am gentle, patient, firm and have strong communication with dogs and I speak the language of cats. I also am in very good athletic condition so I can offer your dog and cat a strong enough dose of energy and fun that your dog's anxiety about you not being there can subside. Your cats and dogs miss you when you leave them for work and important events. But I will fill in the gaps so they feel a warm friend is looking after them until you return home. I care for my own cat. Doing the litter daily and feeding her in the morning and evening with some in the middle of the day. She has cozy places to sleep and toys to play with to stay active. I interact with her and brush her to keep her in an overall healthy and good mental state. Playtime is a real winner with most pets. Those who are disabled or needing a different kind of care will get warmth and gentility from Me. If they need meds, I will do it in a caring way. If they need to be vigorous and enjoy companionship time in your absence, I am there to be their protector, buddy and server.
