“My family and I went away on vacation for 5 days, and we hired Jen at Kenyon Hill Tails to drop in on our animals twice a day during that time. Jen truly went above and beyond for us. She never missed a single visit (and stayed for the full time slot we hired her for), gave us details about how each of the visits went, and provided us with photos of our animals for extra reassurance of their excellent care. She didn’t just feed them and let them out - she took them for walks, brushed them, scooped the poop in the yard, played with them (even bringing toys that she specifically thought they’d like), and swept up their fur at her final drop in. I would recommend Kenyon Hill Tails to any pet owner who needs supplemental care for their pets!”

About: BOOKING FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2024!! 📍Bonnet Shores (Narragansett), RI My partner Matt and I work together to care for your pup! We both deeply love animals and would have a dog of our own if it weren’t for Rover! Matt works remotely from home and my schedule is very part-time so Fido will never be left alone. We really enjoy watching other people’s dogs and you can trust us to keep them safe. As a bonus, I have experience working as a veterinary technician and medical training in caring for cats and dogs. Matt and myself love bringing Fido on a hike, to the beach, or for nice strolls down to the water access point in our neighborhood, whichever they prefer. We have a fenced in backyard and always make sure the health and safety of the pet I am watching is my top priority. Keeping an close-eye on behaviors or symptoms that the average person may not notice is a strength of mine. If I am watching your pet you should know that I intend on becoming good friends with them and making sure they feel comfortable & loved while you’re gone. They will be welcome to sleep with us in our bed. I do not book more than two pets at once, so your pet will have Matt and I’s undivided attention.

About: I’ve spent 6 years working at a puppy store dealing with temperaments of 50+ different dog breeds. At this work place I groomed puppies, fed them, cleaned up after them, and gave them tons of affection! I also have personal experience with administering pet medication, as well as dealing with deaf canines. I am currently a college student attending class Tuesday through Thursday. While I am not available those days, I do have a lot of free time on Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. There is always at least one person in my house at all times. I have a good size fenced in yard with plenty of room for the zoomies! I have a golden retriever and cocker spaniel that love making new friends. I do also have 2 cats, but they can be put away if needed.
15. Emily C.
“Emily has the most exceptional care to animals. I had no doubt in my mind that they were not getting the best care while I was out of town. Emily will make it a point that your loving animal is treated as family and as her own pets. She gave the best care and always took the opportunity to go above and beyond what was asked. No questions about whether or not I'll be using her again. She is my first go to Rover sitter. Thanks Emily!”
16. Michelle C.
“So far I've had a great meet and greet and a first drop-in visit with Michelle for my dog Lulu. Michelle is really nice, friendly, and seems like a true dog lover who is also knowledgeable about them. She's also on time and keeps in touch wonderfully. Lulu seems to like Michelle a lot and feels comfortable with her. My next step will be to do a day care day with Michelle and I have no hesitation about it. Glad I found her!”
17. Katherine H.

About: I am currently a student at New England Tech in the Veterinary Technician program. I’ve worked at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists as a technician assistant for a year now. I’ve owned dogs for as long as I can remember. I have raised puppies and said goodbye to them as seniors. I know how to give medications safely and correctly if needed. I know how to handle crazy puppies and couch potato seniors. I love all types of dogs equally and have a deep passion of working with them. I am currently a college student and working part time at an emergency animal hospital. I do have multiple hours in between classes and work on most days to take care of your pets. I also can do homework from anywhere so that makes my schedule more flexible. I wouldn’t be able to have animals come to my house because I do have animals of my own but I would be glad to go to your house and take care of your pets. I follow directions easily and ask questions if i’m not sure about something. Feeding and walking schedules are easy for me to follow no matter how complicated you might think it is. I can give medication as needed and I have many tricks up my sleeve to get them to take them without fear. I work at an emergency hospital so IF an emergency ever occurs I know exactly what to do and where to go.

“Thank you Melissa! Excellent work with our gang.”
20. Lori Z.
“I have known Lori for a little over 3 years now, and within that time, she has become a second mom to me. She is caring, loving, and protective in the best way, to not only me and her son, but her wonderful husky and bunny bun. She has watched my boy Rugs a couple times in the past and he was always his normal happy healthy tail-wagging self when I picked him up. I trust her with ALL my future pets and hopefully one day my future children…her grandchildren 🙃❤️”
