My dog is a diabetic so I have plenty of experience with injections, blood glucose monitoring, and oral medications. If your dog has any special needs, please let me know ahead of time.

We can play in the yard or go on walks around the neighborhood! I like being active so I don’t mind spending the time getting some energy out with your pup!

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of family dogs since I was in high school. I rescued my first dog 6 years ago and my second dog 3 years ago (he was a foster fail!). I’ve been fostering dogs since then. My own dog became a diabetic this year and my cat has kidney disease so I’ve become very familiar with administering subcutaneous fluids, eye drops, oral mediations, and injections. I love outdoor adventuring and it’s even better with a dog :)

Kayla has fostered several dogs through Rhode Home Rescue, and she was the foster of my dog Dakota that I adopted from RHR back in August of 2023. She has since then been Dakota's sitter many times overnight in her home and treats her as if she were her own. She is kind, compassionate, and trustworthy. The way she treats her own dogs and cat is one of the main reasons why I would forever trust her watching my dog.
