Whether your pet enjoys walks, playtime, or simply companionship and cuddles, I’m dedicated to making sure they feel happy and comfortable. My patience and calm approach are especially helpful when caring for puppies who are still learning routines and senior dogs who may need extra support, gentleness, and attention. I work full-time during the week, which allows me to offer pet care services after 5 PM Monday through Thursday, along with open availability on weekends. I’m also available for overnight care and happy to accommodate special requests, including extended stays and flexible care arrangements whenever possible. I always prioritize safety and comfort while caring for animals. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure at all times. I supervise pets during walks, playtime, meals, and outdoor time. I carefully follow the owner’s instructions and routines, including feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any household rules. I live in a clean, safe, and pet-friendly home where pets can feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for.

As a university student studying psychology and kinesiology, my schedule requires a bit of balance, but it also gives me great flexibility! I am available for pet care from Friday to Monday. Because my evenings are adaptable, I am also available for late-night check-ins. I manage my time strictly, ensuring that your pet's feeding, walking, and medication schedules are always met precisely and with plenty of dedicated attention. Having grown up with various breeds and worked professionally in pet care, I have a strict rule of keeping all dogs securely leashed whenever they are outside or on walks. I am also fully experienced with crate training and can comfortably crate your dog if that is part of their normal routine. About: I'm pretty new to Rover, but I’ve been caring for animals for most of my life and have experience with dogs, cats, hedgehogs, fish, and other small pets. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, including seniors, and have experience administering oral medications, handling emergencies, and providing daily exercise and enrichment. I’m happy to schedule a meet-and-greet before services to learn your pet’s routine and ensure they feel comfortable. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just hanging out, my goal is to keep your pet happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. Safety is always my top priority, and I treat every home with respect—often leaving it a little cleaner than I found it. I am working a part time job during the weekdays, usually the shifts are 11am-4 or 5pm, and on the weekends I work longer shifts which vary in time. However... I have many weeks off here and there so I am free a lot of the time. My job is pretty flexible most of the time so I can leave work to walk your pups and make sure they are okay and then go back to work. My yard has an Invisible Fence for my dogs which works out quite nicely and whenever I have other people's dogs over I make sure to keep them on a leash so no accidents happen. That being said, I live with my parents so I would be more geared towards servicing in home visits and stays with your pets at your home.

About: Hey, I’m Lucas! I’m from South Kingstown, RI, and I’ve been around animals my whole life. Right now, I live with two dogs, two cats, guinea pigs, and even some reptiles, so I’m pretty used to taking care of a variety of pets. Currently, I’m a full-time security guard supervisor and a full-time student at URI. While my schedule is busy, Rover allows me to combine my love for animals with the flexibility I need to support myself through college. I’m here to do what I love: care for pets, ensuring they feel comfortable and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s walking dogs, playing with cats, or just making sure your pet is comfortable while you’re away, I’m here to help. I’ve had pets all my life, so I understand how important it is for them to get attention and care. I’d love to meet your furry (or scaly) friends and make sure they’re happy while you’re out! I am a full time security guard and student at URI but I can house/pet sit any night from 8pm-8am. I am also happy to do stop ins, and walks in the mornings. I am very experienced with a lot of animals, and all at once. If you need someone who genuinely cares about your babies I’m your guy!!

About: I have always loved taking care of animals. I often take care of families pets when needed. I have also taken care of friends pets. I go to school at the University of Rhode Island. I have time in between my classes to make some extra cash and I have always loved looking after dogs and cats I take care of my aunts dog the most. Take him out for walks and to use the potty. Feed him. And obviously making sure he is the happiest puppy in town.

About: I’m studying to become a veterinarian and currently work at an animal hospital, so caring for pets is a big part of my everyday life. I have a huge heart for dogs and take their health and well-being very seriously, while still making sure they get plenty of love, play, and snuggles. Whether it’s a high-energy pup or a senior who needs gentler care, I’ll treat your pet like my own and make sure they’re safe, happy, and comfortable. I’m currently in school, but my classes are very manageable and I don’t have a packed schedule, which leaves me plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I also have my own cat who lives with me on campus, so caring for animals is already a part of my daily routine. Since I don’t have many other commitments while I’m at school, I’m able to give pets the attention and consistency they need. I follow each pet’s routine closely, whether I’m at their home or mine. I make sure they get meals, walks or playtime, and any medications they need, plus plenty of attention and affection so they feel safe and happy while you’re away.

About: I can help with simple training, walking them, playing with them, and keeping them company. I can help with their energy and also feed them! I will have another job but I’ll be able to pick up to pet sit whenever I’m available. I’ll be able to do this multiple times a week and help out whenever I can! I can keep them company and make sure they are behaving while also playing with them. I won’t let them chew on furniture but will play with toys with them.
