About: I’ve had two of my own dogs throughout most of my life and two cats my entire life. I’ve recently dog sat for two amazing yellow labs for a whole week. I’ve also pet sat for my neighbors dogs on multiple occasions as well. I am a full time college student who has classes all day Tuesdays and Thursdays but am free during evenings and Monday Wednesday Fridays as well as most weekends. I currently have two cats I feed twice a day but when I had dogs I would walk them in the mornings before school, when I got home from school, as well as before I went to bed.

About: I have 7 years of adult experience, by this I mean actual dog sitting and raising my own pup. However, since I can remember, I have always been comfortable with dogs. I was 9 when my family got our first dog (a boxer!) and since then I always found myself falling into some form of a caretaker role. Of course when you grow up and get your own dog you realize how easy you had it when it was the family dog. By raising and training my own dog, Roo, I have learned more about patience, unconditional love and responsibilities than I thought possible. In college I would dog and house sit for families here and there, usually for weekends at a time so I am comfortable being in YOUR space with your pets for more than just drop ins. Along with being a dog mom, I am a plant mom and will happily care for your plant babies too! Starting on 5/12/25 I’m beginning a new full time job that requires me to be in office (Coventry) M-F 8am - 4:30pm. I will update my schedule frequently to show availability once I switch to a hybrid schedule. On the days I can work from home I will I have the flexibility to be with a dog 24/7. I am an early riser and will gladly do the needful in those scary morning hours. I am a home body and don’t typically go out for long periods of time on the weekends. I will ALWAYS make sure there is water for the dog and I fully understand adhering to strict eating rules and schedules. My own dog has a super sensitive stomach, so I will take all food instructions with the utmost seriousness. I’m not the spoil-my-child-rotten type, however, my dog is allowed on all furniture (outside of tick season) and is given at least 3 sessions of fetch or a walk daily. I will respect your home rules even if they differ from my own.

About: I have grown up around dogs and currently have a very stubborn Siberian Husky! My husky has diabetes so I am familiar with that too. I am able to watch multiple dogs at a time, I have done that for family members many times! I am a very active person who enjoys walks and being active so I would love to meet your dogs! I currently have a part-time job so as long as I am not working at the time needed I would love to meet your dogs! I typically have a very flexible schedule so it shouldn’t interfere much. I have a fenced in back yard and I live near a lot of sidewalks and a park which gives perfect opportunities for nice long walks!

If your pet prefers their personal space, that's no problem at all—I can definitely provide that. My house has a big backyard with a portion that is fully fenced. I live in a safe neighborhood for walks, with trails right behind my house and lots of public trails nearby for hikes. For cats, I'd give them their own space away from my cats, since they can be territorial and need slow introductions. If you have any other kind of pet, I have a finished pet room with its own heating system and no other pets! My care is specialized to your pet and their needs.

About: I have loved and cared for all kinds of animals since I was young. Having every animal from cats to dogs, birds and guinea pigs, hamsters, snakes, lizards, turtles, and birds! I have experience training dogs as well as training service dogs. I can care for animals from birth to their senior years. I can safely bathe animals, feed, administer medication, and give souch love to them! I have a very flexible routine that allows me to accommodate the needs of many pet parents! About: I have experience with dog walking, pet sitting, and energy work/healing with animals. I also volunteered with the Humane Society in Vieques as well as the Wildlife Rehabilitators of Rhode Island and I have experience working as a veterinary assistant. I have also had my own pets most of my life, up until my most recent passed away. I consider myself a true lover of animals for sure and would be honored to work with yours. I work mostly weekends as a server in PVD and I'm currently finishing my PhD so am home for most of the week. At my own home I have a yard, not fenced but am near the water which provides a great place for walks. As for caring for the pet in the clients's home I'd do exactly what asked of me and make the animal(s) as comfortable as possible while their humans were away. I can be available most of the time on most days of the week. My time away from the home would be 3-4 days a week for about 7 hours max. While I don't have a fenced in yard, I do have a decent sized yard in the back of my house and the ability to use a runner as well. I also am happy to take the animals on hikes and feel comfortable having them in my car as well.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
