About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I adopted a Golden Retriever from the South before I married and then adopted another dog (Springer/Brittany mix) from the shelter once I was married. He was the best $25 I ever spent!! He was like my best friend! Then we rescued a German Short Haired Pointer- what a love ! Those boys were very active and required daily runs! I took care of them both until they passed away. When they left us, we rescued two English Setters from Turkey. They are hands down my absolute sweethearts. They are 10 and 12 now. We aren’t running the beach anymore, but we are very happy with long walks in the woods. They are so spoiled - sleep by the fire, sleep in bed with us, sleep in my car- it’s like their crate and they absolutely love to be in it. I also had a cat that I rescued who lived 8 years with us until he passed away and now I have a barn cat. I feed her nightly, but I’m positive I’ve been feeding an opossum for some time! We have met a couple of times- from a distance! I feed her, talk to her nicely and let her be. I have also taken care of my neighbor’s Irish Wolf Hound when my neighbor had long days of doctor appointments in Boston. I am excited to start taking care of cats and dogs for more people. I know what it’s like to need someone you can trust. My pets are like my children! I am obsessed with their well being. I want them to be happy, safe, well fed, exercised and loved all the time!!! I promise to take the best care of your pet and give them all the love they need when you can’t be home. I am very dependable, patient and trustworthy. I was a preschool special education teacher in Providence for 16 years before I became a stay at home mom. My kids are teens now, so have some time to devote to pet care. I'm currently a stay at home mom and I help my parents out as well. I have plenty of time to pop in for walks, bathroom breaks, feeding, playing and giving lots of LOVE to your pet! I will follow your directions "down to a T." I will give your pets lots of love and keep them safe while you are away! I am super trustworthy, dependable, kind and patient.

About: I have assisted in taking care of dogs, cats, goats, and chickens. My primary experience is in caring for cats and dogs. Both my own, and those of my friends. I am new to the area, and am currently looking for work, so as of now, my schedule is very flexible and open. I expect to continue to fit Rover into my daily schedule once I am able to get a work schedule. In my client’s home I will adhere to instructions directed both towards the house and pet. About: I have 7 years of adult experience, by this I mean actual dog sitting and raising my own pup. However, since I can remember, I have always been comfortable with dogs. I was 9 when my family got our first dog (a boxer!) and since then I always found myself falling into some form of a caretaker role. Of course when you grow up and get your own dog you realize how easy you had it when it was the family dog. By raising and training my own dog, Roo, I have learned more about patience, unconditional love and responsibilities than I thought possible. In college I would dog and house sit for families here and there, usually for weekends at a time so I am comfortable being in YOUR space with your pets for more than just drop ins. Along with being a dog mom, I am a plant mom and will happily care for your plant babies too! Starting on 5/12/25 I’m beginning a new full time job that requires me to be in office (Coventry) M-F 8am - 4:30pm. I will update my schedule frequently to show availability once I switch to a hybrid schedule. On the days I can work from home I will I have the flexibility to be with a dog 24/7. I am an early riser and will gladly do the needful in those scary morning hours. I am a home body and don’t typically go out for long periods of time on the weekends. I will ALWAYS make sure there is water for the dog and I fully understand adhering to strict eating rules and schedules. My own dog has a super sensitive stomach, so I will take all food instructions with the utmost seriousness. I’m not the spoil-my-child-rotten type, however, my dog is allowed on all furniture (outside of tick season) and is given at least 3 sessions of fetch or a walk daily. I will respect your home rules even if they differ from my own.

About: i have cared for my own dog ever since i was 11 years old. I have also cared for neighbors dogs and helped train my sisters dog I am currently in college and working but i am available r day early morning 6-8:30 am and afternoons 2 and later on most days! My own dog i had was high energy and we would pay in the fenced in yard, go to parks and walk and have training times to keep up with his tricks! he is always fed and given fresh water everyday too!
