About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I adopted a Golden Retriever from the South before I married and then adopted another dog (Springer/Brittany mix) from the shelter once I was married. He was the best $25 I ever spent!! He was like my best friend! Then we rescued a German Short Haired Pointer- what a love ! Those boys were very active and required daily runs! I took care of them both until they passed away. When they left us, we rescued two English Setters from Turkey. They are hands down my absolute sweethearts. They are 10 and 12 now. We aren’t running the beach anymore, but we are very happy with long walks in the woods. They are so spoiled - sleep by the fire, sleep in bed with us, sleep in my car- it’s like their crate and they absolutely love to be in it. I also had a cat that I rescued who lived 8 years with us until he passed away and now I have a barn cat. I feed her nightly, but I’m positive I’ve been feeding an opossum for some time! We have met a couple of times- from a distance! I feed her, talk to her nicely and let her be. I have also taken care of my neighbor’s Irish Wolf Hound when my neighbor had long days of doctor appointments in Boston. I am excited to start taking care of cats and dogs for more people. I know what it’s like to need someone you can trust. My pets are like my children! I am obsessed with their well being. I want them to be happy, safe, well fed, exercised and loved all the time!!! I promise to take the best care of your pet and give them all the love they need when you can’t be home. I am very dependable, patient and trustworthy. I was a preschool special education teacher in Providence for 16 years before I became a stay at home mom. My kids are teens now, so have some time to devote to pet care. I'm currently a stay at home mom and I help my parents out as well. I have plenty of time to pop in for walks, bathroom breaks, feeding, playing and giving lots of LOVE to your pet! I will follow your directions "down to a T." I will give your pets lots of love and keep them safe while you are away! I am super trustworthy, dependable, kind and patient.

About: I have been a dedicated dog owner for the past 8 years and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, including senior pets. I regularly helped care for my brother’s 16-year-old dog, gaining valuable experience with the extra patience, attention, and support that older dogs require. In addition, I have been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors since high school. I am committed to providing safe, reliable, and loving care so your pet feels comfortable and happy while you’re away. As a PA student, my schedule changes monthly, but I often work only three 12-hour shifts per week. This gives me plenty of flexibility and availability for pet care during weekdays and weekends. When caring for pets in your home, I do my best to stick to their normal routine so they feel comfortable while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, meals, medications, or just extra cuddles, I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of love and attention. About: I have always loved taking care of animals. I often take care of families pets when needed. I have also taken care of friends pets. I go to school at the University of Rhode Island. I have time in between my classes to make some extra cash and I have always loved looking after dogs and cats I take care of my aunts dog the most. Take him out for walks and to use the potty. Feed him. And obviously making sure he is the happiest puppy in town.

I have grown up alongside animals my entire life, and I know how to recognize behavioral signs before the reactions occur. I have experience with all ages and breeds of dogs, cats, barnyard friends, and exotic reptiles/birds/mammals etc... I am very seasoned in the patience department, and I love making fun puzzles with treats or toys. I frequently go on long walks/runs with energetic animals, and I've got a mean overhand throw that is guaranteed to tire them out! With senior animals, I like to read out loud to them and sunbathe out in the yard (if they are outdoor pets).
