About: I have a ton of experience with both cats and dogs. Grew up with animals and have pet sat and taken care of animals for numerous years. I love animals and can’t wait to take care of yours! I have lived in Newport for a couple of years and love the area! I work full time but am fully remote so have availability for mid day walks and after work/weekend care. I love learning what makes your pet feel comfortable and will do everything to make them feel safe while you are gone. I will make sure to send updates as requested!

About: I have plenty of experience with dogs all shapes, sizes and ages from German short haired pointer to Havanese and everything in-between (don't forget cats too!). I have experience in full house sitting and pet sitting as well as just walks, check ins and play time! Family, friends and neighbors in the community have trusted me over the years to walk, play, clean, feed and protect their pets! I have experience with oral medications via syringe and/or tablet with cats and dogs! As a school-based occupational therapist, my schedule really opens up in the summer, giving me lots of flexibility and availability for pet care. I plan to spend most of my time locally, enjoying the beach and being around Newport, so I’m nearby and happy to accommodate a variety of sitting needs. Whether you’re looking for daytime check-ins or extended stays, I’d love to help make sure your pets are well cared for while you’re away or visiting town! I care for each pet differently! I will be in their home and their environment and will follow the typical routine for comfort but also having some fun!

About: I have been a dog lover my whole life. Taking care of neighbor’s pets was my first introduction to responsibility. I was introduced to the importance of feeding, bathing, and exercising pets and going the extra mile to make them feel comfortable while their family was away. Currently I am now a Registered Nurse and my main caretaking involves humans. My flexible schedule leaves me available many days a week to help care for your pet! I currently work full time. However, for me full time only means 3 days a week. With four other days of full day availability leads for a very flexible schedule I am lucky enough to live in a very dog friendly neighborhood with a walking path, fenced in area fresh air and easy access to the beach!

About: I grew up having dogs and cats and love them both. Taking care of them from kitten/puppyhood to the end of their life. This helped me to understand how their needs change with age. During my time living oversees I rescued several street animals and have brought 4 of them back here to the US. In caring for the animals of others while they are away I've learned how to gain their trust as the newcomer. Animals are a total joy. My primary secular work is from home and flexible, so I'm able to accommodate your schedule as needed. Pet care is scheduled regularly throughout my day and week. Since all pets and their owners are individuals I respect the routines already in place to the best of my ability. But I always spend time petting and playing with them rather than just doing the basics.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I've taken care of my own, neighbors', and friends' dogs. In high school I was a part of a dog walking club! I have cared for all different sizes from smaller dogs all the way to Pit Bulls. I am a student athlete at Salve Regina University. I tend to be a very busy person, but I can always make time for a dog! You can find me dog walking between classes and I have no classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once my hockey season ends I will have too much free time for my own good! I am happy to do pretty much anything with your dogs! I love playing fetch and tug-of-war, but I also appreciate warm cuddles and long walks. I am a very patient person, but am willing to put my foot down and be commanding. I do not live in an apartment that allows pets but I am perfectly happy to meet your pets at their home!

About: My name is Maria! I have owned and cared for other fur babies for over 40 years. I am also a local business owner and swim coach looking to make some extra money for my many Disney trips! I am a business owner, so I can make my own schedule. This allows me to be flexible with my schedule, so that I can be there for your pet's needs! My standard services include visits in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I also offer overnight care and can be flexible with your schedule as things come up!

I also provide regular updates and photos so owners know how their pet is doing. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and supervised environment with plenty of attention, structured play, and rest time. I introduce pets slowly if others are present, separate when needed, and adjust care based on age, energy level, and temperament. Across all services, I prioritize clear communication, attention to detail, and treating every pet as an individual—not a one-size-fits-all routine.

About: I am a young, active professional working from home. I would love to bring my space and passion for exercise to your dogs. In between walks, my home will welcome any size pet with a large porch and open living area. Depending on your dog's eating habits, a typical day would wake up to breakfast, go for a nice walk to the backyard and/ or nearby park, be home for either play time or porch time, a midday walk is a must, and dinner too. A total of 4 walks, including before bed, are likely from my experience. On weekends I like to adventure to a nearby hike. Please let me know if your dog is car friendly!
