About: I grew up with a Jack Russell and Golden! Currently, I have a 4 month old lab mix puppy named Mia. We love long walks and the dog park. I will treat your furry family member like my very own! No ask is too big or to small walk, run, bath, ext. I work in Narragansett 7-3 Monday-Friday and am happy to walk and visit any furry friend! I’d be happy to stop on my way home for you and am active in my routine. My house is puppy proofed with plenty of pet friendly toys. My puppy loves other dogs and is extremely friendly to play with and walk. I have a large crate that can be used if need be and a play pen cage. If we walk long at night I have light up collars for the pups. When traveling in the car I have seat belts for the dogs so they will be nice and safe.

About: Hey, I’m Lucas! I’m from South Kingstown, RI, and I’ve been around animals my whole life. Right now, I live with two dogs, two cats, guinea pigs, and even some reptiles, so I’m pretty used to taking care of a variety of pets. Currently, I’m a full-time security guard supervisor and a full-time student at URI. While my schedule is busy, Rover allows me to combine my love for animals with the flexibility I need to support myself through college. I’m here to do what I love: care for pets, ensuring they feel comfortable and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s walking dogs, playing with cats, or just making sure your pet is comfortable while you’re away, I’m here to help. I’ve had pets all my life, so I understand how important it is for them to get attention and care. I’d love to meet your furry (or scaly) friends and make sure they’re happy while you’re out! I am a full time security guard and student at URI but I can house/pet sit any night from 8pm-8am. I am also happy to do stop ins, and walks in the mornings. I am very experienced with a lot of animals, and all at once. If you need someone who genuinely cares about your babies I’m your guy!!

About: I have volunteered for years at an animal shelter with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I took multiple training courses at the shelter to be able to work with dogs that may need more care and attention, as well as for those that may be more reactive. I have also owned dogs my entire life and have been tasked numerous times with walking/watching people's dogs! I work remotely so I am able to watch your pet anytime throughout the day, and I am able to walk them anytime as I have more flexibility! I also finish work at 3pm so I am completely open after that time. I am experienced with working with dogs of all temperaments, as well as experienced and trained with walking dogs around other dogs, including more reactive dogs.

About: Mason and I have both had pets our entire lives, there has not been a single moment in my life where there wasn't a pet in the house. Between the two of us, we have experience with dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, mice, hamsters, Guinae pigs, and even a little experience with birds. Though new to Rover itself, we have housesat many times for family and friends, taking care dogs and cats as well as chickens and even turtles. We live with my parents and their two dogs and two cats, whom we take care of when they go out of town. In addition to this, we are also pet parents to two adorable bunnies Motzi and Popo who my parents care for when I house sit. Mason and I are both in school, but work opposite shifts when not in class, so your furry friends will never be home alone for long periods of time. We are avid hikers and love to walk, so an active puppy is no problem for us. We both love animals and have extensive experience with a variety of pets and their personalities and would love to get to know yours! As pet parents ourselves, we know it can be difficult, and sometimes scary leaving them with other people for a time, but you can trust that Mason and I will provide thorough, loving care for your furry friend(s)! Mason works early morning into the afternoon and I am currently in college. When I am not in class, I have full availability with your pets, so your furry friends will never be home alone for very long. On a typical week, Mason and I both leave the house at around 6:30 or 7 am depending on how our commute may be where we are staying. I am usually back from school before noon and will spend the rest of the afternoon with your pets! Once Mason is home from work, we both take care of your furry friends. We will always do our best and move our schedules as much as possible to ensure that pets are not home alone for extended periods of time, especially young puppies or kittens as we know how adorable, yet mischievous they can be 😂! We are very flexible when it comes to the care of your pets, they are your pets after all! Whatever needs to be done for them, we got you! If for any reason, we think the job may require more time than we have to give, I will gladly let you know so that your pets will receive the care that they need and deserve. As lifelong pet owners, we have experience will mischievous puppies and kitties who get into stuff they shouldn't, as well as older pets who may need a little extra attention when it comes to things like food and medications. I have had many pets, and know how different their personalities and needs may be, and we are very comfortable catering to specific needs of your furry friends whether it be behavioral or medical.

About: My family and I have fostered dogs and cats, and litters of puppies and kittens since I was nine years old. Being homeschooled for a majority of my childhood, I was able to learn about taking care of these needy animals at such a young age. We have fostered dogs and cats of almost all ages, from newborns to adults. Even during the years, my family and I fostered these animals, I’ve had multiple neighbors at a time rely on me to visit and walk their dogs while they’re at work. That is how I got my first job at 11 years old. I’m out of school for the summer, so I am free practically whenever your pups need me! I can drop in/walk daily or weekly, whatever works for you! With my school and work schedule and the living situation I’m in, I don’t currently offer boarding services, but that may change in the future!

About: I have never lived in a home without at least one pet! I adore caring for animals of every kind, but cats hold a special place in my heart. I have recently graduated college, and want to put my passion for animals into caring for the local animals around me! I have availability every weekday, and on weekends as well! In my home, my pets are safe and secure. I have two indoor cats that love to lounge around all day! They're given toys and scratching posts for when they're feeling active, and I love to play with them. I also have a chinchilla who has toys and treats in his cage, as well as a big hamster ball to run around in!

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and have taken care of friends and neighbors pets for many years. I am very punctual and always make sure your pets receive the best care, and lots of love and cuddles. I am currently UVM nursing alum with lots of free time on my hands this summer to walk, feed, play with, and let out pets. My availability should be accurate, but sometimes changes. I always treat other’s homes with care, and ensure to leave them better then I found them. I make a point to ensure every environment is safe and comfortable for pets. Safety is always my number one priority, and I can ensure all pets are safe while under my care.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of different breeds since I was 15. I have experience in feeding, walking, playtime, and anything that helps keep them in their normal routine. Neighbors, family members, and friends have trusted me with their fur babies. I even still care for my neighbors sweet dog, Molly, from time to time when they are away. Caring for animals is very rewarding for me because I love seeing how quickly they react to patience and kindness. It feels meaningful to know that I’m improving their day-to-day comfort and happiness while their owner is away. About: Throughout my life, animals and children have been drawn to my soft energy. I’ve had and been around dogs and cats all my life. I’ve been working with my giant schnauzer and friends’ dogs that range from rescued grey hounds to small mixed breeds. I am the go-to for any pet sitting for the fur babies. I’m an aunt to a female brindle kitty that is a sassy lady but loves to snuggle me when I visit. Additionally, I frequently watch a reactive grey hound and I am able to still provide the attention she deserves. I understand patience is key when working with people and animals. I’m a Behavioral Technician for children on the spectrum. I currently work 8 am-5 pm Mon-Fri in Warwick. I’m the perfect fit for holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends! I am thorough with my communication and the expectations needed for any situation. I am typically a homebody who enjoys movies, games, and reading. When house sitting, I usually hang around with your fur baby and offer emotional support until you return. I’ll follow their lead and offer bids for connection. I stick to the routine schedule provided to me (feedings and potty breaks). While providing the known routine for comfort to the animal, I use this time to attempt pairing whether that be with pets of affection, extra treats (if allowed and within acceptable limit), or structured play time.

About: I love snuggling and playing with dogs of all sizes! I used to be a dog groomer before I moved to Rhode Island in 2023. My family relied on me to watch their pups whenever they went away, which led to me watching their friends pups! I would usually trim or file the nails, as well as trim the paw pad hairs, if they wanted me to do that! I’m currently a full time Pre-K teacher in East Greenwich, which also goes through the summer! I would be able to do midday, evening, and nighttime walks if you just need a drop-in walk or all of that and an early morning walk for housesitting! I love having as much information as possible for pet(s) I watch, so I can help make them as comfortable as possible with a new person the first time, and to not throw them off of a schedule that they’re used to! I also love to take pictures of pets to send to you if you want them!
