About: While I'm new to Rover, I have the utmost care, and love for animals. I make sure I can read their body language to see what they are thinking, since they can't talk. I've been my friends' go-to person for pet sitting and fostering. I'm currently away from my boy during a move, and need some time with pups and kitties! I'd be looking for after-work walks and visits to start with. Possible mid-days depending on location. I'm used to on-leash high energy dogs and long trail walks. I normally let them choose the path so they get to enjoy the freedom of choice. And I ALWAYS pick up the poop! As for cats, I just love them so much. I an experienced with positivity training, so I care deeply about being a good person for your dog and cat. I will never demand, reprimand, or punish the animal. They are another living creature that deserves a voice! This is their time, their walk, and I make sure I am paying attention to them, and the surroundings. I will not be offering in-my-home-sitting, but if needed, I can possibly do pet and house sitting. I'm mostly looking for walking. I have experience house sitting as well, and would treat your home as I would hope someone watching mine would!

About: I’ve had experience taking care of animals since I was young! I often do pet care for my friends, family and coworkers as well as volunteer for local adoption agencies. I am capable of handling pets of all shapes, sizes and ages as I’ve come across them all with my experiences. I’m also equipped to handle pets with special needs. I am also certified in CPR & First Aid for Dogs & Cats, so you can trust that your family is safe in my hands. I am in school M-F, 9AM-1PM however I have plenty of early morning availability and afternoon and evenings. I try to accommodate for the needs of all pets & their parents. This allows me to spend quality time and give pets the proper care they need. With that being said, I highly encourage booking with me as I have time for Meet & Greets as well! During our M&G, we will develop a care plan for your fur babies for the service you booked me for. *At this time, pick-up/drop-off available for clients within a 10-15 mile radius of Griswold, CT* I focus entirely on providing structured, attentive care right in the comfort of your pet's own home. Whether it's an energetic dog walk, a midday drop-in visit, or dedicated house-sitting, my priority is keeping their exact routines consistent and stress-free. I treat your home with total respect and will send you regular updates and photos so you have complete peace of mind.

About: Throughout my life, animals and children have been drawn to my soft energy. I’ve had and been around dogs and cats all my life. I’ve been working with my giant schnauzer and friends’ dogs that range from rescued grey hounds to small mixed breeds. I am the go-to for any pet sitting for the fur babies. I’m an aunt to a female brindle kitty that is a sassy lady but loves to snuggle me when I visit. Additionally, I frequently watch a reactive grey hound and I am able to still provide the attention she deserves. I understand patience is key when working with people and animals. I’m a Behavioral Technician for children on the spectrum. I currently work 8 am-5 pm Mon-Fri in Warwick. I’m the perfect fit for holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends! I am thorough with my communication and the expectations needed for any situation. I am typically a homebody who enjoys movies, games, and reading. When house sitting, I usually hang around with your fur baby and offer emotional support until you return. I’ll follow their lead and offer bids for connection. I stick to the routine schedule provided to me (feedings and potty breaks). While providing the known routine for comfort to the animal, I use this time to attempt pairing whether that be with pets of affection, extra treats (if allowed and within acceptable limit), or structured play time.

About: My family and I have fostered dogs and cats, and litters of puppies and kittens since I was nine years old. Being homeschooled for a majority of my childhood, I was able to learn about taking care of these needy animals at such a young age. We have fostered dogs and cats of almost all ages, from newborns to adults. Even during the years, my family and I fostered these animals, I’ve had multiple neighbors at a time rely on me to visit and walk their dogs while they’re at work. That is how I got my first job at 11 years old. I’m out of school for the summer, so I am free practically whenever your pups need me! I can drop in/walk daily or weekly, whatever works for you! With my school and work schedule and the living situation I’m in, I don’t currently offer boarding services, but that may change in the future!

About: I have never lived in a home without at least one pet! I adore caring for animals of every kind, but cats hold a special place in my heart. I have recently graduated college, and want to put my passion for animals into caring for the local animals around me! I have availability every weekday in the evenings, and on weekends as well! In my home, my pets are safe and secure. I have two indoor cats that love to lounge around all day! They're given toys and scratching posts for when they're feeling active, and I love to play with them. I also have a chinchilla who has toys and treats in his cage, as well as a big hamster ball to run around in!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of different breeds since I was 15. I have experience in feeding, walking, playtime, and anything that helps keep them in their normal routine. Neighbors, family members, and friends have trusted me with their fur babies. I even still care for my neighbors sweet dog, Molly, from time to time when they are away. Caring for animals is very rewarding for me because I love seeing how quickly they react to patience and kindness. It feels meaningful to know that I’m improving their day-to-day comfort and happiness while their owner is away. About: Hello, my name is Cadie. I am looking for opportunities to provide extra care and comfort to animals who may need it. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, and have taken care of pets small and large, from mice to dogs. The reason I decided to join Rover is because I am in college right now hoping to gather a little extra money while making someone's pet's day! I am fun-loving, responsible, and I have my own transportation. I am also active, and capable of taking your pet for as long a walk or playdate as their little heart desires! I am available Monday through Friday from 9am to 1pm. While I am currently unable to board any pets, I look forward to walking, playing and checking in on any pets who need a little extra attention throughout the day. I am committed to providing a safe and fun experience for your pet and will ensure their safety to you through frequent text/photo updates. I also have my own transportation to and from a vet should ever need be.
