About: While I'm new to Rover, I have the utmost care, and love for animals. I make sure I can read their body language to see what they are thinking, since they can't talk. I've been my friends' go-to person for pet sitting and fostering. I'm currently away from my boy during a move, and need some time with pups and kitties! I'd be looking for after-work walks and visits to start with. Possible mid-days depending on location. I'm used to on-leash high energy dogs and long trail walks. I normally let them choose the path so they get to enjoy the freedom of choice. And I ALWAYS pick up the poop! As for cats, I just love them so much. I an experienced with positivity training, so I care deeply about being a good person for your dog and cat. I will never demand, reprimand, or punish the animal. They are another living creature that deserves a voice! This is their time, their walk, and I make sure I am paying attention to them, and the surroundings. I will not be offering in-my-home-sitting, but if needed, I can possibly do pet and house sitting. I'm mostly looking for walking. I have experience house sitting as well, and would treat your home as I would hope someone watching mine would!

About: Mason and I have both had pets our entire lives, there has not been a single moment in my life where there wasn't a pet in the house. Between the two of us, we have experience with dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, mice, hamsters, Guinae pigs, and even a little experience with birds. Though new to Rover itself, we have housesat many times for family and friends, taking care dogs and cats as well as chickens and even turtles. We live with my parents and their two dogs and two cats, whom we take care of when they go out of town. In addition to this, we are also pet parents to two adorable bunnies Motzi and Popo who my parents care for when I house sit. Mason and I are both in school, but work opposite shifts when not in class, so your furry friends will never be home alone for long periods of time. We are avid hikers and love to walk, so an active puppy is no problem for us. We both love animals and have extensive experience with a variety of pets and their personalities and would love to get to know yours! As pet parents ourselves, we know it can be difficult, and sometimes scary leaving them with other people for a time, but you can trust that Mason and I will provide thorough, loving care for your furry friend(s)! Mason works early morning into the afternoon and I am currently in college. When I am not in class, I have full availability with your pets, so your furry friends will never be home alone for very long. On a typical week, Mason and I both leave the house at around 6:30 or 7 am depending on how our commute may be where we are staying. I am usually back from school before noon and will spend the rest of the afternoon with your pets! Once Mason is home from work, we both take care of your furry friends. We will always do our best and move our schedules as much as possible to ensure that pets are not home alone for extended periods of time, especially young puppies or kittens as we know how adorable, yet mischievous they can be 😂! We are very flexible when it comes to the care of your pets, they are your pets after all! Whatever needs to be done for them, we got you! If for any reason, we think the job may require more time than we have to give, I will gladly let you know so that your pets will receive the care that they need and deserve. As lifelong pet owners, we have experience will mischievous puppies and kitties who get into stuff they shouldn't, as well as older pets who may need a little extra attention when it comes to things like food and medications. I have had many pets, and know how different their personalities and needs may be, and we are very comfortable catering to specific needs of your furry friends whether it be behavioral or medical.

About: I’ve had experience taking care of animals since I was young! I often do pet care for my friends, family and coworkers as well as volunteer for local adoption agencies. I am capable of handling pets of all shapes, sizes and ages as I’ve come across them all with my experiences. I’m also equipped to handle pets with special needs. I am also certified in CPR & First Aid for Dogs & Cats, so you can trust that your family is safe in my hands. I am in school M-F, 9AM-1PM however I have plenty of early morning availability and afternoon and evenings. I try to accommodate for the needs of all pets & their parents. This allows me to spend quality time and give pets the proper care they need. With that being said, I highly encourage booking with me as I have time for Meet & Greets as well! During our M&G, we will develop a care plan for your fur babies for the service you booked me for. *At this time, pick-up/drop-off available for clients within a 10-15 mile radius of Griswold, CT* I focus entirely on providing structured, attentive care right in the comfort of your pet's own home. Whether it's an energetic dog walk, a midday drop-in visit, or dedicated house-sitting, my priority is keeping their exact routines consistent and stress-free. I treat your home with total respect and will send you regular updates and photos so you have complete peace of mind.

About: I have never lived in a home without at least one pet! I adore caring for animals of every kind, but cats hold a special place in my heart. I have recently graduated college, and want to put my passion for animals into caring for the local animals around me! I have availability every weekday in the evenings, and on weekends as well! In my home, my pets are safe and secure. I have two indoor cats that love to lounge around all day! They're given toys and scratching posts for when they're feeling active, and I love to play with them. I also have a chinchilla who has toys and treats in his cage, as well as a big hamster ball to run around in!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of different breeds since I was 15. I have experience in feeding, walking, playtime, and anything that helps keep them in their normal routine. Neighbors, family members, and friends have trusted me with their fur babies. I even still care for my neighbors sweet dog, Molly, from time to time when they are away. About: I’ve been around animals since the beginning of my life. I grew up with cats & dogs, small & large. I started learning about dog training in 2020, I trained my first service dog in 2022. I’m always working to learn more & continuously improve my knowledge. Body language is a huge factor when it comes to taking care of dogs & making sure they’re comfortable in their environment. I’m great with puppies as well & can help out with basic training. Any questions please feel free to ask! I work from home, so I start my day by taking my dog out to our apartment property’s dog park to use the bathroom, & get play time in, then I bring him in to feed him breakfast. If dog parks make you uncomfortable, I can always take your dog when the parks unoccupied. For meal time I make sure all dogs are separated from each others food. If your dog has trouble eating I always keep toppers on hand or different types of food such as, raw/cooked/air dried/& freeze dried. In the case there’s a medical emergency we have an emergency vet 15 mins down the road. If your dog needs to be crated when left unsupervised or for bedtime we have a crate sized for medium/large breeds. Animals are allowed on furniture & the living room is dog proof with lots of toys & beds, we keep the kitchen & bathroom off limits to prevent anyone from getting into something they’re not supposed to have. My dog has also been trained to be gentle with small animals as well to make sure everyone is comfortable & safe in their environment. If your dog eats too fast I offer slow feeders in my home.
