“Devorat is an absolute dream. She is truly the pet-parent that you want if you have to be away from your own pet. My dog Mookie stayed with Devorat for 5 days and nights on very short notice. She messaged frequently in the first 24 hours to keep us updated on how Mookie was settling in, and sent plenty of photos during the entire stay. We could tell from the photos that he was clearly comfortable in his home-away-from-home. He and Toby were great playmates in the fenced-in backyard, and he Devorat were fast friends, with plenty of couch cuddle-time. Knowing Mookie was well cared for really helped us enjoy our family trip. In addition to her care and attention to Mookie, Devorat also offered accommodation and flexibility in the drop-off and pick-up scheduling to make things as easy as possible for us as we nailed down our travel plans at the last minute. About: I absolutely love animals. I have had quite a few animals throughout my lifetime, and I have always cared for them whether it was volunteering, farms, House/petting sitting. I volunteered for an animal shelter for a couple of years, and I house/farm sat for a pretty cool woman. I currently have an 8 month old puppy so if I can fit you in any other times we can always work it out. Im available on Mon- mornings only after 930am except Columbus Day Wed, thurs - after 330 -430 Fri - 1/130-3 Sat - 10-1 It fits into my schedule as I’m leaving work to swing by and let your dog out to potty or feed supper. I have a dog and 2 cats myself. Endless love and cuddles and kisses in my home. So, I know what it’s like to not be able to care for your pet due to working late one week, or emergencies come up, etc. if you and your pet are in need, I will try my best to make it work. I give my animals extra love and attention. I pay attention to their behavior to detect anything off. And I know when to give space when needs. I like to make sure my pets have the best life, all the toys and treats and unconditional love.
About: Hi! I have always had a dog for a pet from birth to present where I have my own dog, Max! I previously worked at the MSPCA (Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). That was my favorite job! I would take the dogs out for their morning walks and bathroom breaks, feed them and whenever I had down time I would play with them. I would complete my day by taking them on their evening walks and feeding them their dinner. It is the most rewarding feeling to care for a dog. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, and have taken care of pets small and large, from mice to dogs. I currently work at a veterinary hospital and have extensive animal handling experience, along with administering oral, topical, and subcutaneous medications. I currently work per-diem with a flexible schedule, so with some notice, I can choose to not work in order to prioritize your pets. About: All my life I have cared for many different kinds of dogs. There was never a time when my family didn’t have atleast 3 dogs! I currently live on a farm with goats, bunnies, dogs and cats! I always make it a priority to walk my dogs as much as I can. I am very patient with my dogs and try my best to keep them trained while also having fun! I do currently have another job that I work mainly Thursdays through Saturdays but sometimes that changes. I’m fully free Sundays through Wednesdays at the moment! And I can walk dogs or do drop ins early in the mornings Thursday through Saturday. I have a fenced in play area and the dogs would stay at my house that doesn’t have the dogs or any animals so there is no need to worry about animals not getting along!

“Devorat is an absolute dream. She is truly the pet-parent that you want if you have to be away from your own pet. My dog Mookie stayed with Devorat for 5 days and nights on very short notice. She messaged frequently in the first 24 hours to keep us updated on how Mookie was settling in, and sent plenty of photos during the entire stay. We could tell from the photos that he was clearly comfortable in his home-away-from-home. He and Toby were great playmates in the fenced-in backyard, and he Devorat were fast friends, with plenty of couch cuddle-time. Knowing Mookie was well cared for really helped us enjoy our family trip. In addition to her care and attention to Mookie, Devorat also offered accommodation and flexibility in the drop-off and pick-up scheduling to make things as easy as possible for us as we nailed down our travel plans at the last minute. I really appreciated her communication throughout the visit, and I could tell from her updates that she was really taking time to get to know our dog, and that he was in the best possible hands. “I want Sharon to be my pups forever auntie. I have never boarded any of my dogs. I lost my boxer at the end of December 2002. I’ve always had dogs but as time passed I felt this sense of freedom that I’d never experienced before. I booked a 7 day trip to Nashville. I had no responsibilities so why not right? 3 months before the trip (November 4th 2023) I went to an adoption event and came home with a very scared Texas pup. Sharon took him several times before our trip so that he could get to know her. He is not easy to say the least. She was great with him. While we were away she sent me daily messages and pictures. She kept reassuring me that he was doing great and telling me to enjoy myself when I would tell her I couldn’t wait to get home to him. When we returned to get him he wanted to stay with her. When we got outside to leave he ran back inside with her. Sharon had big smile she again reassured me that it happens sometimes. I am so lucky to have found Sharon and will 100% recommend her to everyone.”
