“Nicole is very professional and trustworthy and did an amazing job with both of my dogs. I love the pictures that she had sent as well and the follow ups every time she came to visit. Both Dogs and I will look forward to using Nicole again- they were very happy when we returned!”

“We had the best cat sitter experience with Jules! She is an excellent communicator, shared ample photos, and gave a thorough update on each of our cats. She made our cat crew feel safe and respected around her and even coaxed our shy cat out from her hidey hole. In addition to feeding/water/litter, she made time to bond with them through play with wand toys. Our cats are looking forward to their next visit with Jules, already booked!”

About: I have taken care of animals (mostly cats and dogs) for almost 10 years. I have helped multiple family and friends pets and are comfortable with feeding them meds, walking, and keeping them company, among many other things. Currently, pet sitting is my only job so I have tons of free time on my hands to help people out. It fills me with great joy to be able to be there for someone’s animal when they aren’t around. I prefer to keep the pets at the clients home because I know it is where they are most comfortable. I love being able to make myself comfortable while also looking after the pet.
“I'm so grateful for Maryann's care for my cat during regular drop-in visits over the past couple of weeks! I was far away and Maryann's clear communication, quick responses, dependability, photo updates, and journal-style descriptions of her visits gave me such peace of mind ?. I knew from learning about her previous experience that Maryann is a wonderful caretaker, and that was exactly my own personal experience with her as a petsitter for my cat - wonderful! I am so grateful to have made this connection, and to have a caring new friend for my kitty for those times when I am not around to care for him myself. Thank you Maryann! ??”

About: Erin and I both grew up with dogs and love having them around. Between caring for our siblings dogs periodically and being primary care takers of our dogs growing up we feel equipped to provide a safe and caring home. I am a remote worker so I am home throughout the week. Erin is a part time substitute teacher so she is home a few days as well. We would have lots of time to attend to a dog throughout the day and be able to provide lots of 1x1 time, walks, and playtime in the back yard. We have a fenced in back yard and live in a walkable neighborhood. We are currently a pet free house so your dog would be the only one here with us. We would allow access to all furniture except the bedroom door would remain closed. We can also accommodate a crate if needed
About: DOGS!! I currently have two adopted dogs (they are my sweet babies). Also, I spent several years volunteering as a Dog Walker at Northeast Animal Shelter where had a great opportunity to get to know, and work with, so many types of breeds and mixes! However, I promised myself I wouldn’t take any animals home with me while I was there, but I fell in love with this chihuahua-jack Russell mix that everyone would overlook because of his old. He turned out to be the love of my life!💞🐾💞🐾💞🐾 CATS… I’ve had them most of my life, so I am familiar with how quirky and/or loving they can be, and I know how attend to their basic needs! Hi! I am available to walk your dog Monday- Sunday from 6am-700pm. A walk consists of approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on the health and fitness of you dog. I can do check-ins (on cats , fish, hamsters, etc., and dogs) during the same time frame. Time spent on a check- will vary, includes feeding, cleaning pet related, playtime (if appropriate), affection (if appropriate and possible). Possible owner request. First, I provide safety with pets by consulting with you, the owner. I also aim to know your fur baby and use your safety protocols!

“Our dog usually takes awhile to warm up to people which is why I was shocked at how quickly she warmed up to Jessica. She came home very happy and tired after their hike. You can tell how much she already loves Jessica - she even jumped up by the window to watch her leave , which she doesn’t normally do for other people. Highly recommend Jessica !”

“Kristine was an amazing sitter for our two cats while we were away for almost ten days. Our cats are on separate prescription diets and Kristine was well-equipped to handle their particular needs. She sent us lots of cute photos of the cats and they seemed well taken care of and happy when we returned :) Highly recommend!”

“Grace did a great job watching my cat. She fed her, cleaned the litter and sent me pictures and/or comments each day. My cat isn't very friendly with people that she doesn't know and Grace handled it just fine. Would be happy to have her come again.”

About: I have 5 precious cats that were rescued and now they are my spoiled babies. My Lucy was left on the street in a pet carrier in June of 2022 and she was pregnant. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Central Falls
Michelle was an EXCELLENT house sitter with our fur baby during our recent 10 day trip abroad. She handled our Large Bully breed female Joyce awesomely! (Somehow even getting her to willing take her meds😂) She kept in good contact with us often sending pictures. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She also fed our koi pond fish for us. When we came home the house was clean and orderly (as we left it) . We will be booking her again for house sitting! And already have her booked for drop ins on nights we may be out later! We met with and booked Michelle months in advance but she made sure to schedule and come and see Joyce before the booking so Joyce would “know”and be okay with her! I highly recommend Michelle especially if you have a Bully breed or a larger breed dog. She has that special bit of patience that they require 😁

Xavier was an amazing support in such a last min bind. 🙌🏾 he showed up and was professional and got the job done with care. Especially with care, I have an older doggie and he has daily meds/ointments/diapers and non of this was too much for X he took care of our Frankie and we will be hitting him up again.

Grace had a challenging experience with my dog because Maui is so anxious/not good at welcoming and trusting others. However, Grace was patient, kind, and persistent (thankfully!) I was away for almost 4 days and during that time, Grace managed to gain my dog’s trust enough so that he could be cared for properly. It took lots of effort and I am grateful she didn’t give up on him! Ty Grace!

Lila was wonderful with Snickers. She was very prompt and did everything I asked with his crazy senior dog behaviors. She’s sweet and loves dogs, it’s obvious with her interaction when she met my dog. It was also quite a last-minute booking, and she really helped us out that way.

Rachel was great!! She was on time, and so graceful figuring out some things we forgot to go over before we left (old house problems). Daisy loved her and we will def be booking again! Knowing someone caring and responsible is taking care of your pets is truly a gift when you have to be away from them. Thank you so much Rachel!!

Caroline is exceptional. Dependable, thoughtful, and a truly caring communicator from start to finish. Our dog is older and has special care needs, and Caroline handled everything with patience, confidence, and genuine kindness. We felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such capable hands. Five stars without hesitation.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
