About: I've had a dog in my life for the major majority of it. I've had 2 Shitzus, a German Shephard and an Akita. Quite the range. I traveled across the country with an Akita and that was such a great experience. I am very patient by nature and will care for you furry friend and give them all my attention and love. I have a somewhat flexible schedule. There are 3, sometimes 4 days a week where I’d be away for 6-7 hours. I like to be as transparent on everything. I’m not concerned about the dog having an accident in the house, it’s more of making sure they won’t be overly stressed out or anxious at that amount of time. I have a very secure fenced in yard that your pet will enjoy. There is a park directly across the street as well and I will also walk your dog around the Elmhurst neighborhood. I have a modest sized home with hardwood floors. Your pup is allowed on the furniture if its ok with you. A tired dog is a happy dog and I plan to play with your dog inside and outside the home. Your dog(s) or cat(s) will be my top priority. Other than work a few days a week which is stated above I’d be spending plenty of time playing and relaxing with your fur babies. I have a fenced in yard and live in a safe neighborhood. I have outdoor camera security system as well. I will take great care of your pet.
About: I've taken care of all different types of animals since I was a kid, in addition to watching my family and friends dogs from time to time. I currently work full time but am somewhat flexible with my hours and ability to care for your pets! *Boarding: If you're looking to board with me please be aware that I live in an apartment and have two cats of my own. If you do board with me I am more than happy to keep my cats in a different bedroom in my apartment. I can also assure you that even though I don't have a yard, there are plenty of places in the area where I live to take your dog on walks and let them run around if needed. I currently work from 8 am - 5pm Monday through Thursday and until 12 on Fridays. I leave for work around 7:30 and would be able to take dogs for a walk, feed them and watch them in a monitor during the day and take them out again at 5:30 when I would get home. Boarding would typically work best on the weekends for me but it can be manageable during the week as well if needed. Since I do not have a yard I would either walk your dog around my neighborhood or bring them to a local dog park where the area is fenced insuring a safe environment for your fur-baby!

Xavier was able to make some home visits while I was out of town. Onyx is a 50 lb Siberian Husky and Xavier didn't have any issues taking him out for a walk to relieve himself and also giving him fresh food/water. He made me feel comfortable leaving onyx I his care, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jenny gracefully cared for our elderly dog and two young, recently rescued, formerly feral kittens with expert attention to their every need and quirky behaviors! What a relief to know she was at the pet care helm. Our older gentleman dog R2D2 requires multiple medications with meals and bedtime which Jenny was happy to administer. She sent so many sweet photos of his happy face and detailed notes rich with her observations and humorous tone - the best sitter we have ever had, paws down! Our scardey kittens hid from her almost the entire time we were away but Jenny still consistently cleaned their box and set out their meals despite their reluctance to appear. Jenny even pooper scooped our yard, took out the trash, brought in the mail, turned lights on and off, opened and shut curtains, and watered our garden! What incredible, so much appreciated, service. We will never worry about our boy’s needs again with Jenny. She is so sweet, selfless, and gentle. A true gem of a sitter. Thank you, thank you, Jenny!
Jessica was absolutely great. We were very nervous about leaving our dogs with a sitter for the first time but Jessica made those nerves go away. It was hard to find a sitter a 2 months before our 5 day trip so finding Jessica was a blessing. She was great with our dogs & our dogs got along with her from day one. She was reliable, professional, punctual & most of all she truly took care of our boys as if they were hers. She sent daily videos & pictures. Always responded when we had questions. Always contacted us if she needed something. She even was available to check on the dogs during the day after our flight got canceled due to mechanical issues amd we couldn’t get another flight until Thursday night and we were panicking because our booking was supposed to end on Wednesday. She found a way to fit us in so she could stop by and check in on the dogs on Thursday morning and evening. We will definitely be using her again real soon. I highly recommend her.
