He always looked happy and content and that's all I can ask for. She was so sweet and I can tell from the first meet. She truly made Toby feel at home, even allowed him to sleep with her in bed. About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: I grew up with dogs all my life but since moving to boston I haven't found a forever buddy so in the meanwhile I would love to take care of yours. I work full time at home but have a very flexible schedule. I am usually up by 6 am and go to bed as late as 10 pm. About: Experienced with small dogs (yorkie) to large dogs (German shepherds). Grew up having small dogs and now own bigger ones :) also have experience with cat sitting / drop ins. Experienced with prong collars & shock collars. I WFH so I am able to stay at your house with the pet and work from there if needed. I am an active gym goer so just need 2-3 hours to my myself each day for that. I can also pop in for visits during those days pretty easily and stop by for walks I make sure dogs get the exercise they need everyday so that they sleep well at night. Without proper walks throughout the day, dogs don’t get the stimulation they need!

“This was my first time leaving my puppy for such an extended period of time, and it was nerve wrecking trying to figure out how to keep Mushu safe, happy, and healthy while I was away. Thankfully, I came across Casey and Phil's profile. Met them and their dog Chloe for a meet and greet far in advance, heard about their extensive experience with dogs, and got to see Mushu interact with them in person.
