About: I am a dog owner with extensive sitting experience for all breeds and sizes. Prior to COVID, I was a volunteer dog walker and helper. I am willing to watch dogs for overnight stay, day care or other options as requested. I can also pick up and drop off or perform drop in visit within a 20 minute radius of Pawtucket RI. All my meet and greets are held outdoors and masks are no longer required also I’m fully vaccinated. This is my job and I treat it with the upmost respect and professionalism. I treat them as my own, whether they are here for days or hours. I currently work with Amazon at the comfort of my home. My schedule is pretty flexible! Working from home allows me to work for Rover as part time and helps me pay for college tuition. I live in a big apartment with a spacious living room. There is plenty of space for your fur baby to run and play outside. Also I live near many beautiful parks where I can take your pup to play.

I am currently a student in college who works part time, while taking in online classes. So a lot of my time will be spent creating bonds with your beloved animals! About: My name is Sarah and I'm 33 years old. I took a little stint from Rover to focus on my professional career but I'm back and so excited to start petsitting again! Animals have been a huge part of my life ever since I was young. I worked at a vet throughout high school and even started my own dog sitting company in Charleston, SC upon graduation from Virginia Tech - safe to say, I've always been obsessed with animals. I have experience with dogs and cats of all kinds and ages, including puppies, kittens, elderly dogs and cats, dogs those with disabilities, cats that require medication, etc. You name it, I've probably had to handle it in all my years of pet care. I love taking dogs on adventures - the beach, hiking trails, etc. I will treat your fur babies like my own and give them the exercise and TLC they deserve while you are away! I'm currently working part-time, so my schedule is pretty open (including weekends). I'm available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and doggy day care (this includes walks, feeding, TLC, medication administration, etc.). I also offer overnight care, whether that be in your home or mine (whatever you and your pet prefer). This is a service I'm currently offering to private clients but am starting to extend to Rover. In my client's homes, I always let them take the lead with their comfortability and with their pet's normal routine. I want to make sure your pet hardly notices you are gone and that they are 100% comfortable and happy with someone in their environment. Whether that means crating them, walking them at specific times, having designated playtime. Again, I let the client take the lead on instructing me in those cases. When I bring a pet into my home, it's important that they get along with cats, as I have two who are very friendly and don't interact too much with my/client's dogs. Currently my Husky is staying with my mom in Virginia, so he will not be in the apartment. I want my space to feel as "homey" to them as possible, so whatever is needed to make that happen, I accommodate.

About: I have taken care of animals (mostly cats and dogs) for almost 10 years. I have helped multiple family and friends pets and are comfortable with feeding them meds, walking, and keeping them company, among many other things. Currently, pet sitting is my only job so I have tons of free time on my hands to help people out. It fills me with great joy to be able to be there for someone’s animal when they aren’t around. I prefer to keep the pets at the clients home because I know it is where they are most comfortable. I love being able to make myself comfortable while also looking after the pet.

About: We both have experience living with animals. Mary grew up and lived on a farm with many cats and dogs, as well as worked in a pet store on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. Nick grew up owning fish, dogs, cats, and a number of hamsters and gerbils. We both love animals and want to make sure they aren't only taken care of, but also happy. We are living on the east side of Providence right now. We can book overnights stays, walks midday, or host for a fun/quiet night. . During those stays we will be able to take care of the animals at all times and accommodate them properly. We both currently work in the city but have flexible times during the day and weekends. We take them on plenty of walks and make sure they get to move throughout the day. Playtime is super important for most animals, not just taking them on a daily walk. We treat out clients animals as if they were our own. Regular/routine feeding times, outdoor activity, and plenty of love and care.

Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work from home and have a flexible schedule. About: Hi, I’m Orli! I am a recent college grad who has 10+ years of animal care experience. From hanging out with our family dog (Munchkin, Jack Russell Terrier) to volunteering at the Providence Animal Rescue League, I have loved every moment with these wonderful animals. While any Rover sitter might be a fellow animal lover, here is what I have to offer: -Experience with birds, small animals, cats, and dogs ranging from 15-70 lbs. -Reliable transportation (I own my car and am happy to transport your furry friends) -Familiarity with beautiful New England excursion spots (dog parks, hiking trails, bike paths and more) -Friends would describe me as empathetic, fun-loving, and responsible -A psychology degree - although I didn’t major in animal sciences, I believe I have the patience, empathy and warm demeanor to prepare me both as a human-therapist and pet care provider -In my time at PARL, I worked with animals of various sizes, ages, and health statuses; this includes an FIV+ cat, a three-legged dog, and blind/deaf cuties I work full-time as a patient recruiter for a medical research company. My role is remote with flexible hours, so I can easily work my schedule around yours I will happily hang out at your place or take your dog/cat out for walks and excursions. About: Ive been taking care of my own pets as long as Ive been able, and began pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking for others in high school during 2022. I have experience with cats and dogs of varying ages (puppies/kittens-elderly pets) and needs (illnesses and disabilities), as well as more exotic pets like lizards, birds, rodents, and aquatic animals like fish, turtles, and axolotls. I’ve administered medications for dogs, but do not have experience with needles.
