About: I grew up with a sweet Golden Retriever, Jake, who taught me a lot about pet care. I walked, fed, and got to know his unique personality. As he got older and developed mobility issues and glaucoma, I made sure he stayed comfortable, loved, and happy. Later, we added a sassy Poochan puppy, Blake, to the family (I picked him up from out of town!), and I helped raise him, taught him tricks, and helped him bond with our senior dog. I've also noticed when dogs weren’t feeling right, once I suggested allergies, and I was right, and we got him treatment! I've pet sat and walked dogs for others too. I love all kinds of animals and pride myself on being patient, observant, and understanding of every pet’s individual needs. Pet care for me is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily life. I find joy in spending time with animals, and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Each day starts with caring for the pets I'm responsible for: morning walks, fresh food and water, and a little play or cuddle time. Throughout the day, I build my schedule around each pet’s routine, whether that’s a midday walk, medication, or just some one-on-one attention to keep them happy and comfortable. On a weekly basis, I like to check in on things like cleanliness, grooming, and overall health, making sure litter boxes or food bowls are fresh, fur is brushed if needed, and every pet is thriving. I take my time to really get to know each animal’s personality, quirks, and comfort zones so they feel understood and cared for while their family is away. I always prioritize safety, comfort, and trust for all animals. I understand how important it is to keep their environment calm, secure, and familiar. In your home, I follow your routines closely to keep things consistent and stress-free for you and your pet. I pay close attention to any instructions regarding food, exercise, medications, and behavior quirks. I also make sure your home is respected and cared for while you're away. If I’m welcoming pets into my own home, I create a clean, cozy, and pet-friendly space. I remove anything that could be unsafe or tempting to chew, and I make sure pets have their own space to relax, eat, and play. I supervise all interactions and tailor the environment based on the pet’s needs, whether they’re energetic and playful or more shy and relaxed. Trust is everything in this job. I communicate openly and often with updates, photos, and check-ins so you feel confident and reassured while you're away. Your pet's safety, happiness, and wellbeing are always my top priorities.

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my whole life, with experience caring for family, friends’, and neighbors’ pets from a young age. I also worked at a doggy daycare, where I gained hands on experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I work full time, but spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to outside of work. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially evenings and weekends, and I love being able to spend that time walking, playing with, and caring for pets. I’m unable to offer boarding in my own home because I have an anxious cat, but I’m happy to provide attentive care in clients’ homes. I do my best to keep pets comfortable by sticking to their normal routines, whether that’s walks, feeding schedules, playtime, medications, or just giving them companionship and attention while you’re away.

About: I love snuggling and playing with dogs of all sizes! I used to be a dog groomer before I moved to Rhode Island in 2023. My family relied on me to watch their pups whenever they went away, which led to me watching their friends pups! I would usually trim or file the nails, as well as trim the paw pad hairs, if they wanted me to do that! I’m currently a full time Pre-K teacher in East Greenwich, which also goes through the summer! I would be able to do midday, evening, and nighttime walks if you just need a drop-in walk or all of that and an early morning walk for housesitting! I love having as much information as possible for pet(s) I watch, so I can help make them as comfortable as possible with a new person the first time, and to not throw them off of a schedule that they’re used to! I also love to take pictures of pets to send to you if you want them!

About: Hello! My name is Valeria & I am a college student at RIC. I have been pet-sitting since I was 15 years old. I have experience with cats, dogs, fish & bunnies. My college classes will end in May so I will have plenty of free time! I currently have a part-time job that I may be leaving soon. I always ensure that leashes are not too long so dogs do not wander off. I take dogs out for potty breaks depending on the schedule you provide.

I am privately insured with the Pet Sitters Association and am dedicated to delivering top-notch pet care in the comfort of your own home. I do pet sitting on Rover fulltime so I have flexibility to provide care in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I accept drop ins from 6 am to 8:00 pm, I am able to accommodate requests outside of those hours on a case by case basis, do not hesitate to reach out! I accept up to 10 drop ins a day, during busier times I may ask for a few hours of flexibility on your suggested time to make sure I am able to give all of my clients the level of care that they deserve. About: I've had pets since the moment I was born! I've had just about every kind of house pet you can think of and seen just about every stage of life they go through. I couple years ago we got our youngest dog and had to go through the training process with him which definitely wasn't the easiest but with hard work we got through. Our last dog went through some tough seniors years and our lab is just about starting hers. I currently have 5 pets so I have pet care to take care of morning to night. Right now this includes multiple bathroom breaks, 2 feeding periods, water refills, and so on. All pet's are different so I have quite the list over experience. I can monitor pets in a fenced in space, walk pets whether they are still being leashed trained or already are, being I've had 3 dogs at this point and have been around many in the family business I am very good at giving commands, etc.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 5. I currently have two dogs one 8 and one 7 at my parents home where I currently live. My brother and sister in law also have two dogs 2 and 1 years old. When my parents and them travel, I am in charge of the 4 of them at my house and we are all on a routine where everything is under control and still having fun. When needed, I do go to my brothers to take them for a walk and play with them to break up their day of being in the house. I am currently part time worker, so I have more free time during the week and figured I could use my time to help out dog lovers like yourself! For dog walking, I will follow your instructions carefully to make sure your pet and yourself are satisfied with my job. I will be safe but fun at the same time making sure your pets are cared for properly.

Unfortunately he has been sick and he did throw up his lunch and Brook took the time to text me and clean it up. She definitely went out of her way. I got my puppy 4 weeks ago and been working at home but with some work emergencies I been going into the office for 8 hr day and need someone to give my boy a bathroom break. I recommend Brook. Always on time. Playful with my puppy from what I can see on my puppy camera as well.”

About: Growing up I always had a dog or two. I've been working at a dog daycare facility professionally for 7 years. During my time there, I've taken care of various puppies to their adulthood and senior dogs. Since the facility is cage-free, I dedicate myself to ensuring the dogs have fun, are safe, and love in our care. Currently, I have two medium and large dogs who constantly love to play, whether it is water play in the backyard, going on walks, frisbee, or working with me at Daycare! I'm not in school yet, so I have time to give your furry babies a good exercise, taking a walk, pet sitting, or stop by your place to ensure your pups receive the best quality care and bring you peace of mind. My two dogs are very friendly and social with other dogs. I have a two-level yard, a six-foot fence all around the yard, and a door your pups can easily access to potty or play. I can also provide in-house food unless your pups have allergies and need to improvise. My house is cage free but if you’d like your pet to be crate I can improvise that.

About: I've taken care of dogs of different ages and all different types. I always meet them where they are at and work with their needs to the best of my ability. My schedule is pretty wide open at the moment so I'm able to do some house sitting/pet sitting as well as walks. Just let me know what your animal's needs are and I'm sure I can accommodate. I am happy to meet any expectations of the owner and adjusting my care based on the uniqueness of the animal I'm caring for. Whatever their normal routine is, I'm happy to maintain that and anything else needed.

About: I’ve had a dog of my own for a while and also have taken care of my neighbors pets for long periods of time! From walks, baths, feeding and playtime, I’m experienced in taking care and having fun with dogs of all ages. My dog in particular was a senior and she dealt with arthritis and liver disease, which would limit her ability to do certain things like long walks and going upstairs, or even eating. I do have the experience of taking care of senior dogs that may need this special treatment. I also walked King (pictured) as a volunteer for PAWS NY. This organization has volunteers who walk and/or take care of pets for those who are unable to do so themselves. My job is remote, so I can work from anywhere. My hours are also very flexible, so I am able to work around your schedule! I am also available anytime on the weekends! My area is safe and very pet friendly. The neighborhood is very residential, and there are a few parks nearby. There is also plenty of accessibility and perfect for pets!
