About: Hi! I’m Sarah, a URI student and lifelong dog lover. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet, and I’ll treat your dog like they’re my own. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, including seniors, and I’m comfortable giving oral medications if needed. Whether it’s a walk, drop in visit, or playtime, I’ll make sure your pup is safe, happy, and well cared for. I also provide photo updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away! I’m available most mornings before 2 PM, with full-day availability on several weekdays. I’m flexible and happy to work with your schedule whenever possible! I have a fully fenced in yard and one small yorkie. My yard is pretty big where they can run around. He is very sweet and has never been trouble.

About: Ive been taking care of my own pets as long as Ive been able, and began pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking for others in high school during 2022. I have experience with cats and dogs of varying ages (puppies/kittens-elderly pets) and needs (illnesses and disabilities), as well as more exotic pets like lizards, birds, rodents, and aquatic animals like fish, turtles, and axolotls. I’ve administered medications for dogs, but do not have experience with needles. I’ve spent up to a week taking care of several animals at a time, as well as short periods like nights and checking in daily. I will do all I can to provide your pet and home with the care they need! I’m currently in college, but primarily online, so my school schedule is flexible with your needs! I am not working outside of pet care so I am not tied down to other responsibilities and provide the time needed to care for your pets. I’ve lived with pets my whole life, so I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs. When caring for pets in their own home, I’ll follow their usual schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and lots of attention. I’m comfortable paying attention to a pet’s behavior and making sure they’re safe, comfortable, and secure. I’ll also treat your home with respect, double-check doors and gates, and follow any specific instructions you leave. I provide a caring, responsible, safe enviroment for your special friend. I have a large yard that is partially fenced in with dog leads that run the length of the area. I live across from a beautiful multi acre green space and am a short walk from an enclosed dog park. If you are comfortable with your dog taking a 7 minute ride I also have access to my father massive, fully enclosed yard. When we are outdoors I never let pups off of their leashes, unless they are on one of my secure leads. I have a wonderful, loving hound named Amigo, who I rescued in 2/21. He is 6 years old, sweet as can be, and absolutely loves the friends he makes having guests Rover stay over. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs, as some of my older clients are starting to enter advanced age. I care for two dogs with diabetes, I am comfortable administration their/any meds. I have several dogs with special needs, if your pup has a condition their routine will be followed precisely. I am also certified in canine/feline first aid.

About: I have been taking care of my own pets and animals my whole life, but recently expanded into watching and doing over night care, dog walking, and pet care for neighbors, family and friends. I’m currently going to Rhode Island College and pursuing my bachelors in Secondary Education. I also work part-time at a local hotel 3-11pm. This means I’m prettt flexible with when I can drop in to do pet-sitting and many of my classes have hour gaps in between so I can fit in pet visits! For my dogs at home, I ensure routine feedings are being followed to their timed feeding, I also focus on walking my own dogs 2-4 times a day, depending on which dog! In my own home I have 3 dogs, and 2 cats. For cats I also focus on ensuring that cats are following their feeding schedule, also ensuring that they are being played with, and enrichment is being provided.

About: Hello! My name is Valeria & I am a 19 yr old college student at RIC. I have been pet-sitting since I was 15 years old. I have experience with cats, dogs, fish & bunnies. My college classes are in the day time from Monday through Thursday starting the end of August with gaps in between classes so I can do drop by visits & evening pet sitting care. I always ensure that leashes are not too long so dogs do not wander off. I take dogs out for potty breaks according to the schedule you provide or as needed.

About: Growing up I always had a dog or two. I had worked at a dog daycare facility professionally for 8 years. During my time there, I've taken care of various puppies to their adulthood and senior dogs. Since the facility is cage-free, I dedicate myself to ensuring the dogs have fun, are safe, and love in our care. Currently, I have two medium and large dogs who constantly love to play, whether it is water play in the backyard, going on walks, frisbee or just relaxing in our backyard! I'm currently a nursing student on and a part time barista. I only work part-time for a few hours a day, usually morning until noon time, so your pet will receive lots of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship throughout their stay. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. My two dogs are very friendly and social with other dogs. I have a two-level yard, a six-foot fence all around the yard, and a door your pups can easily access to potty or play. I can also provide in-house food unless your pups have allergies and need to improvise. My house is cage free but if you’d like your pet to be crate I can improvise that.

About: I have two dogs of my own that I’ve had since puppy-hood. Ever since I was a kid, my heart would joyously melt in front of any and every four legged friend. I love getting to know other animals, and take care of them as if they were my own. I got my start pet sitting by looking after my friends and neighbors’ dogs and cats on occasion. At present, my longest cat sitting gig was 3 weeks straight in which I stayed with my fur friend for ~6-8 hours a day just to keep her company. I work remotely, so my workstation is mobile. In this was I can make most pet-sitting tasks and hours work— while assuring your pets have company, enrichment, and supervision. (As an aside, I go by both Vera and Amanda and use them interchangably) I work remotely 10am-6pm monday-friday. Ideally, i prefer to visit pets and take care of them anytime before 10am, but my calendar is very flexible. My workstation is mobile, so if desired, I can keep your pet company for extended periods of time during the day. I’m also available all day on the weeknds. I have 2 dogs that I love dearly and walk 2-3 times every single day at routine times. I brush them frequently, I strap on little booties for their paws daily to protect them from the hot pavement, and I play with them to their little hearts content.

About: Growing up I always had animals in the house, dogs especially. I would walk, bathe, feed, and take care of them so I am sure to take great care of your pets My availabily is very open and I welcome same day bookings. I ask for at least a few hours of a notice to ensure that your pet receives the best level of care available. As we know, life can change in a second, so same day cancelations are accepted. Having grown up around animals I have grown accustomed to understanding behaviors and tendencies. I will always make sure to watch your dog to the best of my ability ensuring they are both physically and mentally in the best hands

About: I worked at a doggy daycare in college where I was responsible for taking care of upwards of 12 dogs. I adopted my dog 4 years ago and he's become a part of the family. I've taken care of him as well as friends dogs (including puppies) when they are away. However you choose to take care of your dog is how I will take care of them. I'm currently working part time, which leaves me plenty of time to take care of your dog(s)! I'm available every day and night of the week. I follow all of the instructions given to me by the owner to make sure the pet is taken care of, comfortable with a stranger, and loved.

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my whole life, with experience caring for family, friends’, and neighbors’ pets from a young age. I also worked at a doggy daycare, where I gained hands on experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I work full time, but spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to outside of work. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially evenings and weekends, and I love being able to spend that time walking, playing with, and caring for pets. I’m unable to offer boarding in my own home because I have an anxious cat, but I’m happy to provide attentive care in clients’ homes. I do my best to keep pets comfortable by sticking to their normal routines, whether that’s walks, feeding schedules, playtime, medications, or just giving them companionship and attention while you’re away.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 5. I currently have two dogs one 8 and one 7 at my parents home where I currently live. My brother and sister in law also have two dogs 2 and 1 years old. When my parents and them travel, I am in charge of the 4 of them at my house and we are all on a routine where everything is under control and still having fun. When needed, I do go to my brothers to take them for a walk and play with them to break up their day of being in the house. I am currently part time worker, so I have more free time during the week and figured I could use my time to help out dog lovers like yourself! For dog walking, I will follow your instructions carefully to make sure your pet and yourself are satisfied with my job. I will be safe but fun at the same time making sure your pets are cared for properly.

About: I love pets. In my experience, pets our part of family and I will treat them as such. I have care for pets for over 30 years and am able to handle 5-8 dogs. I do pet care full-time. I am always home watching the dogs and cats, making sure they are safe. Pets will never be home alone and we follow strict food or medicine schedules if necessary. Pets are always being watched. They will never be left home alone when boarding. We have a fully gated yard that is impossible for dogs to escape.

About: Happy to take your pup on short walks for potty breaks, long hikes to release energy, and anything in between! I can bring my own poop bags and treats unless otherwise provided. Experience working with dogs of all ages and social levels. I am happy to wake up early, stay out late, and work part time during the week (some weeks off) from 8:30-4:10 but there will still be plenty of time to put your pets first! Ensuring your dog and you are comfortable is my first priority, I will take as much time as needed to adjust to your pups comforts.
