We have had Madelin for many walks and check ins.. she is reliable and always sends photos ! Highly recommended.

Madelin was great! I had to book someone while I was out of state because my other sitter (friend) wasn’t reliable, and Madelin was able to accommodate and give some love to my kitty:) Very communicative, efficient and kind. 10/10 recommend

To be honest, I’m pretty disappointed. Maddie was very nice and friendly and came to visit and watched my dog one time and had nothing but nice things to say and she had committed to weekly visits for my dog, but had extremely poor communication wouldn’t answer until days later to the point where I had to call her to even get in touch and I didn’t even get an answer. We discussed a consistent schedule and then out of nowhere she decided to change your mind and say that wasn’t working for her anymore. Again, a nice girl but terrible communication and I’m extremely disappointed that I got my dog introduced to somebody who decided they didn’t want to continue. Nothing personal against the girl, but pretty unprofessional if you ask me. I had already set my work schedule with the understanding that she would be watching my dog every week multiple days a week and then she flat out ghosted me wouldn’t answer and then responded with a lengthy message saying she changed her mind four days later. Not happy at all with the situation, but I figured it’s important for other dog parents to know if they’re looking for consistency; or someone that’s dependable and someone who communicates effectively… I wouldn’t recommend. If you’re looking for somebody who just wants to drop in once and is friendly then I would go with her once or twice.

Madelin did a wonderful job taking care of my cat Las Vegas. She played with her and brushed her and kept everything tidy. I came home to a very happy cat. Thank you Madelin!
