“We couldn’t be happier with the care Matt and Patty provided for our Golden Retriever during the 10 nights we were out of the country. From the very beginning, we felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care. We were able to visit their home beforehand, and they have a wonderful setup, including a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for him to play. Throughout our trip, Matt and Patty sent us frequent updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. They took him on daily walks around the neighborhood, gave him lots of attention, and it was very clear that he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. What really stood out to us was how they handled a day when he wasn’t feeling well and developed some stomach issues. Matt immediately contacted us, proactively made an appointment with the vet, and made sure we were comfortable with him taking our dog in to be seen. Afterward, Matt and Patty followed the vet’s recommendations closely and even cooked rice and beef for his meals for several days while his stomach recovered. They truly cared for him as if he were their own. When we returned, we came home to a very happy puppy, and we could tell he had been loved and well cared for the entire time. We are so excited to have found Matt and Patty. Finding people you can completely trust with your dog while you’re away is incredibly important, and we feel very fortunate to have found such reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring sitters. Sarah was amazing! My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes and I would typically leave her at home alone. Unfortunately, due to this illness, she now needs care and I was nervous about the idea of leaving her home alone. I have an amazing career and was fearful I would need to make changes professionally as my cats are far more important to me than my role. Fortunately, I found this app and Sarah. Firstly, as soon as I brought my cat to her home I immediately noticed how clean it was and how kind her cat was to mine who was a little nervous. I feel like crouton (my cat) felt like she was at home which was amazing to see. After leaving, Sarah sent me plenty of pictures which eased my nerves and I will definitely be a repeat customer
John was fantastic. He was very communicative, detail oriented, and really took the extra step to make sure my dog was happy and taken care of. I could tell he really loves and understands what it means to take care of dogs and I had great peace of mind knowing that my dog was in such good hands.
Everything was perfect. Loki had a fantastic weekend with Veronica and Nick. I highly recommend them! They communicated well, sent lots of photos, and were very patient with my questions. This was my first time using Rover, but I felt very safe leaving Loki with them and will definitely use them again.
If i could give more than 5 stars i would. This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous. Sonia was aware of this and did everything she could to put my mind at ease. She sent frequent updates and pictures of him living his best life. When I picked up my dog he was clearly happy and well taken care of. I will absolutely leave my dog with Sonia again.
Yasmil was an amazing sitter for my dog. This was my first time using Rover, I was away for 6 days so I was a little nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. Matthew once again took very excellent care of Bailey while I was away for the weekend. He was good with giving medications and sent me frequent updates and pictures. Most importantly, he loves having Bailey over and Bailey loves spending time there! I wouldn’t leave him with anyone else.
