Information Nick & Veronica G. would like to know about your pet
Before sitting a new dog, I'd like to know how comfortable he/she is with other dogs. One of ours (Mose) is shy around new dogs, and so its totally understandable if your pooch needs some time to warm up to new ones. We have plenty of space to keep new dogs separate from the rest as long as needed. However I'd be wary about sitting a dog who demonstrates their fear through aggression.
A typical day
We'll go on walks around the neighborhood, trips to the dog park on weekends if your dog is into that, loads of fetch in the back yard, and plenty of naps on the couch.

The first time I left my dog with a rover sitter I thought "What's a polite way to tell them that if they hurt my pup, I will dunk them in a toilet?" We'll take care of your pets like they were our own, which is to say with lots of love and protection. We have two dogs here, including our volunteer concierge Ripley, who will exercise and interact with your pup as much as they'd like. She's an extremely friendly corgi/jack-russell mix, so they'll leave tired. We have a large fenced yard, plenty of toys and treats, and lots of room to play. We like to go to dog parks on weekends to keep our pups socialized, and there's always room in the car for some more buddies.

Everything was perfect. Loki had a fantastic weekend with Veronica and Nick. I highly recommend them! They communicated well, sent lots of photos, and were very patient with my questions. This was my first time using Rover, but I felt very safe leaving Loki with them and will definitely use them again.
Nick, thank you for helping us out with an unplanned trip for a wake and funeral. It was wonderful not having to worry about Georgie while we were busy, and to know that she was content and in good hands. Thank you so much for your flexibility! We need to finalize plans for her next stay!
Our dogs had an initial kerfuffle when they first met, but Nick assured me that him and Veronica would be home to help separate and mediate any more potential dog conflicts. By the time I got home from dropping my dog off, I had already received photos of him relaxing on the couch with another Rover guest and the hosts. My dog seemed relaxed and well cared for when I picked him up!
Nick was great and very easy to communicate with. Our pup loved staying with him and meeting his dogs. Highly recommend, he took great care of her!
