“Kyla was a superb sitter for our young pup. We were so anxious over having to leave him with someone as he has had a tough time already in life with being born in a street in Texas, then having to stay in a shelter in a pen for almost three months to then being brought to Tennessee to a shelter where he was adopted by us. Then he had to take a long Trek to Connecticut in a semi trailer with 150 other dogs crated the whole trip where we picked him up. He is very anxious and not use to other people or animals. I must say Kyla was super great with Franklin. She did everything we had asked even down to the insane feeding ways we have. We left a long list with Kyla as if we were leaving a human child and she fulfilled each and every one and then some. She is a very caring, kind and loving animal sitter. Her house is super clean and a great environment for any pet. Her children are just the cutest and very helpful with the animals. They love animals and are very gentle with them which was so cute to see. Kyla was super great about sending daily pictures and updates to us about Franklin. She keeps things very professional and I will certainly recommend her to anyone who wants a home away from home for there pet while they vacation or work. We will definitely use her pet boarding services again.”

We were stressed as it was a different kind of request and many people were not able to do it, but Brenda came to the rescue and acted as our dog handler during some of the wedding festivities before taking him home with her for the night. “This was my first time leaving my puppy for such an extended period of time, and it was nerve wrecking trying to figure out how to keep Mushu safe, happy, and healthy while I was away. Thankfully, I came across Casey and Phil's profile. Met them and their dog Chloe for a meet and greet far in advance, heard about their extensive experience with dogs, and got to see Mushu interact with them in person. Spent way too long talking to them about anything and everything, and they were very patient with me and my concerns. Casey was also super helpful with reassurances, frequent updates, pictures, and videos. Overall, great experience. Heard Mushu was anxious for a bit because it was such a new experience, but he seemed content to play and receive all the love and attention while he was there. Thank you for caring for my baby!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Matt and Patty provided for our Golden Retriever during the 10 nights we were out of the country. From the very beginning, we felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care. We were able to visit their home beforehand, and they have a wonderful setup, including a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for him to play. Throughout our trip, Matt and Patty sent us frequent updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. They took him on daily walks around the neighborhood, gave him lots of attention, and it was very clear that he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. What really stood out to us was how they handled a day when he wasn’t feeling well and developed some stomach issues. Matt immediately contacted us, proactively made an appointment with the vet, and made sure we were comfortable with him taking our dog in to be seen. Afterward, Matt and Patty followed the vet’s recommendations closely and even cooked rice and beef for his meals for several days while his stomach recovered. They truly cared for him as if he were their own. When we returned, we came home to a very happy puppy, and we could tell he had been loved and well cared for the entire time. We are so excited to have found Matt and Patty. Finding people you can completely trust with your dog while you’re away is incredibly important, and we feel very fortunate to have found such reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring sitters. Sarah was amazing! My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes and I would typically leave her at home alone. Unfortunately, due to this illness, she now needs care and I was nervous about the idea of leaving her home alone. I have an amazing career and was fearful I would need to make changes professionally as my cats are far more important to me than my role. Fortunately, I found this app and Sarah. Firstly, as soon as I brought my cat to her home I immediately noticed how clean it was and how kind her cat was to mine who was a little nervous. Everything was perfect. Loki had a fantastic weekend with Veronica and Nick. I highly recommend them! They communicated well, sent lots of photos, and were very patient with my questions.
