We were thrilled to find Brandon who is also a vet tech and was willing and able to handle it. It’s the perfect setting with a quiet neighborhood, a big fenced in backyard, and plenty of room for dogs to wander in the house. Brandon and his wife sent us lots of photos, videos, and updates throughout the weekend so we felt confident that Oscar was having a great time. About: Hello, I’m a Brown University graduate who gave up on the corporate life to live off my art and my passion for animals. I’ve always had pets in my life, especially cats, and I’ve been caring for them since I was a kid. Growing up, I also helped watch my neighbors’ pets whenever they needed an extra hand. Now, I’m a proud dog mom to Bonnie, a sweet Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix I share with my partner. We have used her housesitting services several times now and every time our cats are very well taken care of and house is squeaky clean. She is able to administer our one cat's inhaler and pills without issue. Our other cat is grumpy and hard to win over, but she is successful at administering his subq medication. I would recommend her to anyone who has animals with higher needs, our cat Theo doesn't like strangers at all but by the end of the week he was rubbing up against her.”

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

Between caring for our siblings dogs periodically and being primary care takers of our dogs growing up we feel equipped to provide a safe and caring home. I am a remote worker so I am home throughout the week. Erin is a part time substitute teacher so she is home a few days as well. I work full time at home but have a very flexible schedule. I am usually up by 6 am and go to bed as late as 10 pm. I usually take the doggies on a walk around 7-8 am then again around 12-2pm and then again in the evening 6-8pm. About: I have taken care of dogs of all sizes and breeds since i was 12. In middle school all the way threw collage my cousin and i would walk dogs and stop in and feed dogs threw out neighborhood. I am a huge animal lover i have always had dogs cats small animals i currently only have 1 dog so plenty of room for your fur babies who i can't wait to meet. I have plenty of time depending on your specific needs for your pet to drop in to let your pet out to potty, take for a walk, feed, playtime Spend the night if needed and more I have a pup of my own that loves playing with other dogs of all sizes. I always clean up after potty breaks and give lots of affection playing ball etc during my stay. I have experience with dogs who require medication and if u have any special requests or accommodations as well

About: Hi there! My name is Shane, and I’m based in Taunton, MA, providing pet care all across Massachusetts and RI. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and even chinchillas. My background includes working as a playgroup supervisor at a doggy daycare outside Boston, as well as my former position at Providence Animal Rescue League as a communications coordinator and pet photographer (which means I’d be happy to capture some great photos of your pets, too!). Given that this was her first night away from me in RI, Devorat went above and beyond to ensure that both Pepper and I were comfortable with her space by arranging a meeting prior to the booking. Devorat has a large space that includes an enclosed yard for active dogs. That is on top of the dog walks they did together. I appreciated that, as did Pepper.
