About: We love welcoming new friends for visits. We have a fully fenced backyard, plenty of space for playing, swimming in the puppy pool, napping, and cuddling. We’re located in a neighborhood made for long, leisurely walks. I also enjoy taking photos and am happy to send you updates as often (or as little) as you’d like. Schedule a meet-and-greet with us! We can’t wait to meet you! On the days I work from home and on weekends, we would love to have a dog-friend join us for the day, or for an overnight. About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

I always seem to know just the right spot to rub with all the cute adorable dogs which is all of them! I understand that they come in all sizes and all have different personalities and I can’t wait to meet them! Spending time with any animal never seems to disappoint me and will always bring a smile to my face with their beautiful tail wags and smiling. I have been walking dogs using Wag previous to this Currently part time working and looking for extra time with some new furry friends! I love spending time outdoors and do so on my own so having a buddy is always a nice touch. Safety is a big concern animals are basically like family and I understand that their safety is a priority. I always make sure they are handled with love and care and patience.

He was incredibly patient with her and helped her build trust and feel safe during her stay. He also helped her become more comfortable around other dogs, which meant a lot to us. Rafael was always quick to respond, speaks both English and Spanish, and kept us updated with beautiful photos throughout Zelda's stay. He was kind, enthusiastic, respectful, and very understanding. “These folks were super nice, loving, and accommodating towards me and my dog. Kenny was very detailed and worked with me on my arrival times which was much appreciated when trying to travel out of town. They have a nice fenced-in yard for pups to play. Along with a nice tall deck where my dog loved to hang out and check out all the sites and smells. I would definitely have them watch my dog again.”

They sent us daily pictures and updates about how Penny was doing which really took the stress out of leaving her for the first time.
