About: I have had dogs my entire life and currently have a sweet 7 year old Yorkie mix who is definitely the center of our household. If your pup is used to a home where they get lots of attention, then ours is the right fit. I volunteer with the Hotel for Homeless Dogs in Cumberland and understand the patience and love dogs need when with someone new or in an unfamiliar place. I’m a teacher so my summers and weekends are relatively free and I would love to spend some of July and August caring for your pup. During the summer, I usually take my dog Petey on about 4 walks a day and would love to bring your pup along as well. I do only take small- medium sized dogs as Petey can sometimes be intimidated by larger breeds. I live with my husband and stepchildren who have had dogs all their lives and understand how to be around them. I have an unfenced yard and live in a quiet neighborhood. I love going for dog walks and you can be assured your pup will be outside for a good portion of the day. I can crate your dog if you like, but we don’t crate our own.
“Caroline was amazing - very obvious that she loves dogs! We left town for our daughter's wedding, and Caroline kept Yogi for six days. She sent pictures and updates, kept him on his med schedule, took him on runs, and even delivered him back to our home when we arrived. And the most amazing part is that when Yogi got home, it was seamless. No stress, dehydration, or scuffs and cuts that we've had from the times we've boarded him at a kennel. Our kennel days are over; we cannot go back. Caroline was also fantastic in communicating. We'd hire her again in a heartbeat!”

Wow! Nancy is the best…Cooper (our part dog/part human labradoodle) had a great meet & greet and then felt right at home a couple weeks later when he stayed at “Camp Nancy.” We got several daily pics where Coop looked so at home. It is clear that Nancy is a total dog person and knows how to cater to just what your pet needs. Daily walks thru her neighborhood made Cooper happy. I would definitely recommend Nancy.
