Stretch those Furry Legs!
My first pet was Max, a cat. We met when I first got home from the hospital. My second pet was Tigger, a striped kitty, who was my best friend from adolescence to adulthood. I’ve had pets my entire life, and I’ve been pet-sitting for friends and family since I could stay home on my own. I currently have an older Aussie named Rain, who I adopted in Colorado. We would regularly go to dog parks, people parks, hiking in the mountains, and any other adventure we could find. My family recently lost our Pitbull and our two kitties to old age. So I do have experience taking care of aging pets. As well as experience administering pills - even for cats. While I was in college, I worked at a doggie daycare kennel for a short while. I fed, bathed, and walked dogs. I fed cats, as well, and monitored the daycare room. And when I lived in Colorado, I volunteered for the Denver Dumb Friends League (animal shelter). There, I wrote copy for the available dogs, so I’d often go meet with the dogs and walk them so I could write something good. I also played with kittens because I could.

Safety, trust & environment
If the service being requested is a neighborhood walk, I will treat your pup as if they are my own and keep them safe. If you have a fenced yard and the service is just to let them out, I’ll make sure to keep them company while they do their business. And they will get lots of pets and love while I’m there!!

Schedule
I’m currently only working part time with a flexible schedule, so I can easily fit your fur-baby into my schedule in a way that works best for him or her. I’m happy to meet you somewhere prior to my visit for an introduction! If it’s a last minute need, we can video chat so you can show me where everything is and we can go over any specifics. If all goes well and you need a more regular schedule, I’m happy to talk about that after my first visit!

- Let me know if your pet has any special treats and where I can find them. Let me know if your pet has any triggers, especially if I’ll be walking them. I do have two wonderful children and my 5.5-year-old may be with me for some visits until school starts.
