This was our first time boarding Tank and as many first timers, we were worried as to how this would work out. We met Courtney for a meet and greet a week prior. It was obvious she is a dog lover, and we were comfortable leaving Tank for the week. Any concern we had, was with Tank and not with Courtney. As it turns out Tank’s vacation went very well. Courtney sent us daily pictures and comments, which put us at ease and we were very thankful for. Courtney has her own pup and both dogs got along well. She has a nice backyard for the dogs to play and Tank got plenty of walks. We appreciated coordinate being so kind and caring with Tank. This was a very positive experience for us and we will not hesitate to use Courtney again when we are away.
Julia is amazing! She was super communicative, sending pup photos and info throughout her time with Charlie. He clearly had a great time, and even ran back toward her apt after we left—found a new best friend! Julia was extremely understanding when our trip was unexpectedly prolonged, and we felt at ease knowing he was in good hands until we could return. Appreciate the flexibility. Highly recommend Julia!!
Andrea did a phenomenal job with Bernie. We appreciated her flexibility with scheduling, drop off and pickup. But most importantly, we were impressed with the high level of care and attention she gave our pup. Great communication. Regular photos, and one VERY happy dog at pickup. Molly was amazing! It was our first time leaving our dog with someone, and she took wonderful care of him. Her communication was excellent—she kept us updated with messages and videos every few hours, which gave us so much peace of mind. I can’t say enough about how amazing Susan is. I needed to find a new sitter after my person of 5 years retired. After reading Susan’s reviews, my husband and I took our dog for a meet and greet. Within 5 minutes of talking to her we knew this was our person. Susana sent us daily updates and pictures. This was so comforting for us we were overseas and missing our dog. We are already talking about our next family vacation and before I book the flights, I will be booking Susan.
