I have taken care of dogs since I was 12. My daughter, Max, is in college and loves at home. Together we take the dogs to dog parks and other adventures. We both love paying attention to and playing with the dogs.

Zachary was amazing! He took care of my boys and was frequently communicating with me and sending me photos and asked me questions if there was any behavior that was concerning or unfamiliar. They came home happy and exhausted. Can’t recommend him enough!

I have to travel pretty frequently and Zachary is my go-to choice for taking care of my dog. She obviously loves him and comes back to me happy and tired. Zachary cares about the dogs in his care a lot and I recommend him with no reservations!

Communicative, friendly, honest. Dakota had THE BEST time with Zachary. Despite their being drop off time confusion (partially my fault due to the blizzard that snowed in my car a couple of days prior) he was very understanding and friendly. Dakota got lots of time outside and playtime with other dogs (smaller than him) inside. That means his dogs or whoever’s dogs were there had great temperaments or Dakota wouldn’t have played in that nice of a way. Looking forward to when I can have Dakota spend time with Zachary again.

Schedule
I am a retired attorney, and my daughter is homeschooled, so we can devote time to take care of dogs, which we enjoy. Our schedule is flexible.

Safety, trust & environment
Maxine has a ton of dog toys, and she is forever playing with them. Throwing the toys for them to retrieve and other games. In the yard and on the way to the car, the dogs will be on a leash.
Pets
A typical day
Getting up, Max will throw toys to the dogs to retrieve or have them try to pull them out of her hand. We have so MANY toys! If we drive somewhere, the dogs are coming with us. The first run might be at the Waterman Dog Park, which is only five minutes from our house. For the second outing, we might go to Blackstone Park or hiking trails behind Lincoln School. In the winter, we take the dogs to the beach, and they love it. We make sure they drink water after a run. The dogs sleep where they like to sleep, either on the bed with Max or on the dog beds.
