Given that this was her first night away from me in RI, Devorat went above and beyond to ensure that both Pepper and I were comfortable with her space by arranging a meeting prior to the booking. Devorat has a large space that includes an enclosed yard for active dogs. That is on top of the dog walks they did together. I appreciated that, as did Pepper. Erin took great care of Lily during a four-night stay (and Lily’s first boarding in a good few years). Lily seemed comfortable and settled quickly, and Erin was very accommodating of her particular habits—including adjusting her schedule on the first day so Lily wouldn’t be left alone in an unfamiliar place, and being patient with her reluctance to go very far on walks when I’m away. I received photos and updates during the stay and came home to a happy, relaxed dog. Erin also very kindly brought Lily home at the end of the booking. I’d be very comfortable having Lily stay with her again.
Teddy had a great stay with Karen! From the moment we met her it was apparent that she was so affectionate and that he would receive plenty of attention! Teddy is an older dog, and Karen took extra care insuring he was safe and comfortable. When we dropped him off, she made sure she was clear on the instructions for his medication and food. In addition, she responded immediately when I contacted her and was extremely flexible with drop off and pick up.
Ty and her family welcomed our pup Nelly into their home with love and care. We had a relaxing vacation knowing that Nelly was well taken care of. Ty sent adorable pictures and updates and was very responsive and super easy to coordinate with. We’re first time dog owners and it was obvious that Ty was experienced and helped guide us throughout the process. Thank you Ty!
Isabel was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful throughout my dog’s two-week stay. Her daily updates with photos were something we looked forward to, they became one of the highlights of our trip and gave us great peace of mind. It was wonderful to see our dog become part of her family. By the end of the stay, I was almost worried he wouldn’t want to come home! 🥲 I couldn’t recommend Isabel more highly. We’ll definitely trust her with our dog again.
Everything was perfect. Loki had a fantastic weekend with Veronica and Nick. I highly recommend them! They communicated well, sent lots of photos, and were very patient with my questions. This was my first time using Rover, but I felt very safe leaving Loki with them and will definitely use them again.
Lisa is amazing! She has lots of toys, and a one level home with a safe and beautiful fenced backyard. Lisa regularly sent us updates including images and videos of our happy dog. We wholeheartedly recommend Lisa and plan on having our dog stay at Chez Lisa again some time in the future.
If i could give more than 5 stars i would. This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous. Sonia was aware of this and did everything she could to put my mind at ease. She sent frequent updates and pictures of him living his best life. When I picked up my dog he was clearly happy and well taken care of. I will absolutely leave my dog with Sonia again.
