I had to board my dog, Humphrey, while I travelled for a work conference, and a nor'easter unexpectedly lengthened my trip by one day. I had to pick up Humphrey late, and I was so scared that it would be a problem. Nope. Jenni was kind, flexible, and returned Humphrey to me happy and sleepy (from all the fun).
