1. Dorota S.
“Dorota was extremely responsive and accommodating--and was very flexible regarding drop-off and pick-up times. It was our first time using Dog Vacay and we booked on short notice. Higgins is shy and apprehensive in new situations and Dorota seemed to be sensitive to his temperament and made every effort to make him feel comfortable. He was only there one day but we look forward to longer stays in the future.”

4. Kylee H.
“A++ I have a 3 year old rat terrier mix who can be very anxious and takes time to open up. First day of day care she didn’t want to get out of the car and after about three weeks in she now jumps over my lap to get out. Video and photo updates are awesome throughout the day. Kylee has been amazing with giving my dog the attention she needs to make her feel comfortable. Kylee has also been super accommodating and flexible which has been awesome. Thank you!”
5. Ben S.
About: I’ve owned a special needs cat, helped raise our childhood puppy, and regularly sit my friends’ and neighbors’ animals. I’ve worked in a veterinarian office, and recently volunteered with the Providence Animal Rescue League. I work from home as a graphic designer and regularly take walks as a break from the computer. I have a big, spacious house and I’m home a lot. I love spending time with animals, so I take breaks from work every 30–60 minutes to go for a walk, pet or do some training.

About: Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years There are sleep requirement differences by breed, but, generally, dogs like to sleep around 16 to 18 hours a day. Dogs sleep more than people, but wake far more frequently. How much and when your dog sleeps depends on the level of activity in their environment. A dog living as a pet in a home is likely to sleep more than a dog that works for a living, such as a search and rescue dog or a dog working on a farm. Some dogs will sleep more out of boredom Get down on the pet’s level and interact with them. Reassure your client that you’ll attend to and care for their cat or dog in the best possible manner. Be sensitive to the fact that leaving a pet at home can be stressful for both the pet and pet parent.

She is so professional and trustworthy that I did not worry at all about his safety or happiness while with her which says a lot because I am a doting dog mom and have never left him with anyone else! You can fully trust your baby will be in good hands with her! A bonus that she only takes one dog at a time because Mateo likes to be the center of attention! I am traveling for business soon and feel confident that Jaclyn will take great care of Mateo while I am away… Thank you Jaclyn!”
