About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 5. I currently have two dogs one 8 and one 7 at my parents home where I currently live. My brother and sister in law also have two dogs 2 and 1 years old. About: I have been taking care of my own pets and animals my whole life, but recently expanded into watching and doing over night care, dog walking, and pet care for neighbors, family and friends. About: I love pets. In my experience, pets our part of family and I will treat them as such. I have care for pets for over 30 years and am able to handle 5-8 dogs. I do pet care full-time. I am always home watching the dogs and cats, making sure they are safe. Pets will never be home alone and we follow strict food or medicine schedules if necessary. Pets are always being watched. For the safety of your pets and things, I usually like to do a quick visit to make sure that we're going to get along. “Rafael took amazing care of our dog, Zelda. She is a very shy and fearful dog, and this was her first time staying with a dog sitter. He was incredibly patient with her and helped her build trust and feel safe during her stay. He also helped her become more comfortable around other dogs, which meant a lot to us. Rafael was always quick to respond, speaks both English and Spanish, and kept us updated with beautiful photos throughout Zelda's stay. He was kind, enthusiastic, respectful, and very understanding. What we appreciated the most was that he accepted our last-minute booking, which helped us so much. We are extremely happy with the care Zelda received and will definitely book with Rafael again for both boarding and daycare. We highly recommend him!”
“Devorat what's absolutely amazing with our husky who can be a sassy girl sometimes but she was able to keep her happy, well fed, and give her the amount of exercise that she needs! She was so helpful so sweet. We definitely will use her again. I appreciated all the cute photos that she sent us of her. She spent a good amount of time with her during our wedding week and I just knew our pup was in great hands, which was one less thing for us to stress about.”
