Tiny dog whisperer
I have raised over 24 puppies, dog sit often and was a dog mother of a husky chow mix who passed in 2022. I am a pack leader with all animals, including my two late rabbits, and I have an affinity for tiny dogs. I would love to check in on your tiny fur baby or help them relax and have fun while away from home! The most important step to sitting is understanding the animal and their habits, you can be assured I will communicate with you clearly and create the best environment for your dog. I am so happy, having Janel let my pup out, and I'm quite sure he is too! She is very attentive to him-- and she'll put his sweater or coat on him if it's raining or cold, and she feeds him his snack, and she always lets me know how he's doing. She is reliable and pleasant, and a natural at what she does. I feel happy that he is in such good hands. Thank you Janel!!!
Janel was great! She immediately hit it off with our Yorkie, who isn't always the easiest dog, and they had a great time. I felt confident that she was well taken care of the whole weekend and we got regular updates and pictures. When we got home, we had the feeling that our dog would have preferred to stay with Janel! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
Janel LOVES animals and is a wonderful caretaker! She will treat your pets like her own and make them feel extra special. She has taken care of our pets during trips and I think our dachshund was sad when we came home because he likes Janel so much! She's a wonderful person.

I am currently not working and focusing on my health so I have an open schedule. Most days I go for a long walk or to the gym.

I have a unfenced front yard on a dead end street in a beautiful neighborhood. The street is very safe but I always keeps dogs on a leash when outside.
A typical day
A typical day with a dog for me includes long walks in the neighborhood or around a local lake. Puzzles or games to find tasty treats and a comfy couch with little stairs so every dog can relax and snuggle.
