I truly cannot recommend her enough! From the moment she started caring for my puppy, Sancocho, I knew he was in the best hands. Not only did she go above and beyond in meeting his needs, but she treated him with so much love, patience, and attention as if he were her own. What meant the most to me was the constant communication. She sent frequent updates, pictures, and videos that reassured me he was happy, safe, and well cared for. As a puppy parent, that level of thoughtfulness and transparency made all the difference. I never once had to wonder how he was doing. She exceeded every expectation, and I came home to a well cared for, happy pup. If you’re looking for someone reliable, attentive, and genuinely compassionate, she is the one. I would trust her with Sancocho again in a heartbeat!

She was nice did a meet and greet seemed to go well, my dog was anxious I had never boarded him before. His stay got cut short because he was growling at her bf which was a huge inconvenience for me. What was supposed to be 24 hours was a 5 hour stay.

This was our first experience using Rover and having Fiametta care for our pet. Fiametta went above and beyond! She allowed us to bring our dog over before our trip to make sure it was a good fit. We were sent photo updates and text throughout our trip. I would highly recommend Fiametta! I knew my fur baby was safe and had fun!

It was a stressful experience .horrible. in the middle of vacation out of state on a cruise she canceled for the rest of the time and told me I had to pick up my dog. It was hard to find a new sitter and I had to find someone to get my dog then watch for my remainder of the stay. She said the dog did some accidents in her house. I told her the dog needs to be walked few times in day.then she said my dog went through her trash and ate her bloody tampons.
