About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. My parents have had dogs all of their life and growing up I was taught how to take care of them on my own. I will make sure your pup feels safe, and loved while you are away. I work fully remote Monday- Friday and work a side job on Monday night and Wednesday night. I can work from your house and take care of the pets as long as there is WiFi! I currently live in an apartment with my partner with our dog and cat. I usually will walk our dog around the block. He is a little shy with other dogs so I would just come over to your house and walk your dog then!

About: Hi! I have been pet sitting with my non-reactive pup Sylvie for a number of friend's cats and dogs since COVID (usually as a favor) in and out of the New England area. I work at an arts non-profit in PVD and can drive. I can pet-sit and do limited amounts of dog training. Right now I work in a dog-friendly place 10 minutes from my home and my partner is working from home. We like going on hikes and to the dog parks. I would not bring a client's pet to my workplace, but a pet would always have someone with them at all times or at least not be left alone for more than a few hours at a time. I am most flexible on weekends and for overnight care. I have a fenced yard, a crate, and multiple rooms in the home with pocket doors that can split a larger room into two if needed. We usually let pets have free range of home or section off the living room depending on the temperament and needs of the pet.

Heather is awesome!!! A family member was supposed to watch our dogs but she was injured just days before our trip. I reached out to Heather at 4pm on a Tuesday and she was at my house for a meet and greet at 8am Wednesday. She was super accommodating from the first moment all the way to the end of the sitting. Throughout our vaca she sent pics and videos but was also totally self sufficient. The dogs had a great time with her. When we got home our dogs were happy to see us but not desperate for attention as they sometimes have been in the past after we’ve been away. You could tell that they were the #1 focus of Heather’s time while we were gone and received tons of play and snuggles. I will absolutely book Heather again and highly recommend her!
Zoe is so obviously a cat lover, which goes a long way in my book. But she didn’t only give our cats a lot of attention, she was also extremely responsive, easy to work with, and respectful of our space. We (and our cats) would love to hire her again when we travel!

Maryann was such a lifesaver for us! We had a special event to go to out of town, but by golly there are Rover sitters everywhere, including Providence, RI. Maryann hung out with our little Bonny (a 5-lb. snuggly little chihuahua) in our hotel room, and was a calm, warm presence. Ciara was amazing. Lots pf pictures. Lots of feedback about walking, eating, medication, and pooping. (I have a minidoxie with back and digestion issues.) she even let him cuddle on sofa with her, like he is used to! My house was spotless and the bed was stripped. Best was that there were no surprises following my return, which is always the true test! Ciara will be my first call next time I need a sitter!
