About: Experienced caregiver providing attentive, reliable care. I have been a foster home for a couple of years and have had all kinds of personalities in my home. Love keeping pets happy and comfortable! I work 4 days a week but I leave around 730-8 then home for lunch from 1100-1230 and then home for the evening by 300-330. I have a fenced yard and a nice pen area in the kitchen nook where they have all the stuffies, blankets and beds their hearts desire. When I am home your pet will have access to any area of the home I am in where I will keep them safe and loved.

About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for a house full of pets—including a cat, parakeets, fish, and even a couple of snapping turtles—and have loved both cats and dogs throughout my life. As an adult, I was lucky enough to spend 11 years with our beloved German Shepherd mix, Evie. We completed obedience training together, and I have plenty of hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding, routines, training reinforcement, playtime, and all the everyday care that comes with sharing your life with a dog. As Evie got older, I also gained experience caring for a senior dog through arthritis and, eventually, a period of significant illness. Her needs changed considerably during her final months, so I’m comfortable administering oral medications, keeping an eye on changes in appetite or behavior, adapting routines for an older or less-active dog, and understanding when something just doesn’t seem quite right. I’ve also cared for pets for neighbors and understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pet while you’re away. Since losing Evie in 2022, we haven’t been ready to bring another pet into our family, so I’d genuinely love the opportunity to spend some time caring for yours. I’m dependable, attentive, patient, and—most importantly—I truly enjoy being around animals. I’m self-employed and set my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility to work pet care into my day. I’m generally available for morning visits beginning around 8:30 AM, as well as midday and afternoon care. I can build walks, potty breaks, playtime, meals, and plenty of attention into each pet’s normal routine, and I’m happy to follow the schedule they’re accustomed to at home. I know consistency matters, especially when pets are away from their people, so I’m happy to follow the schedule they’re accustomed to at home. We are a family of four with two children, ages 10 and 7, and our home has a fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time and potty breaks. We don’t currently have any pets of our own, so visiting dogs won’t need to adjust to other resident animals. I know every pet has different routines, boundaries, and comfort levels, and I’ll follow your instructions closely—from feeding and walks to medications, crate routines, sleeping arrangements, and house rules. I’m also happy to learn about your pet’s personality, triggers, quirks, and favorite things before their stay so we can make our home feel as comfortable and familiar as possible.

Book it and forget it! This was my first time boarding with Alexis and Sean and I was more than pleased with them. Right off the bat communication was great. They proposed a meet and greet which was a green flag. I knew pretty quickly I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. Great folks, beautiful house, no bs! My dogs absolutely love Jamie! I love that my dogs aren’t trying to rush out of her house when I get there like they use to when I would put them in a boarding facility so that’s a major green flag to me. They play so much at her house that when I get them back they are wiped out for days which is so nice. I’m so thankful I found Jamie and can go on vacation just knowing my dogs are in great hands and very well taken care of.
Penny was absolutely wonderful with my puppies, Bunny and Noelle. They soaked up every bit of the attention she gave them, and it was clear they felt safe, loved, and completely at ease in her care. I especially appreciated how consistently Penny kept me updated on their wellbeing — her messages were reassuring and thoughtful, and I never had to wonder how they were doing. When one of my puppies started feeling sick, Penny contacted me right away. We talked through what was happening, and she worked with me calmly and compassionately to figure out the best plan. Her quick communication and steady presence made a stressful moment so much easier. Because Penny works from home, Bunny and Noelle had constant companionship throughout their stay. They were never left alone, and that made all the difference. Knowing they had someone attentive and kind with them all day gave me tremendous peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Penny is responsible, caring, and truly devoted to the animals she looks after. I’m so grateful for her.
Ashley was so great with my special needs cat, Mitsuri! She gave me updates with pictures and I could see from the photos that my Mitsuri was comfortable with her. It definitely set my mind at ease as I had never left her with anyone before. Will definitely use Ashley again if I need care for Mitsuri in the future!
