When I first met Min, she was warm and friendly. When I was leaving, she immediately got acquainted with my dog and took him outside and walked him. We had an amazing experience with Jena! I have not used Rover in a few years and was a little nervous leaving my dog with a new person, but Jena made us feel comfortable and took really great care of our dog. We received multiple pictures and videos, as well as updates. Jena even made special treats and gave our dog a spa day. Hollie and Brian were amazing as always! They were so accommodating when we had flight delays and cancellations. They watched all 3 of our dogs and they sent the best pictures every day. We are so grateful for them and they are always our first choice to watch our pups when we go away.
