“This was my first time I used Rover. I had to go out of town for a few days. Prior to leaving my Dog Dusty with Min, I took him over so she could meet him. When I first met Min, she was warm and friendly. When I was leaving, she immediately got acquainted with my dog and took him outside and walked him. I felt comfortable and knew my dog would be in good hands. While I was away, Min kept me informed several times a day about his eating and potty time. It was the perfect set up with Clyde and Nancy as they only took care of one pet at a time and really knew how to take care of dogs. She has an area for the dogs to have their own space. She took ToCo for her scheduled walks and sent lots of pictures and sent videos. Piper’s stay with Jamie was great!! Jamie kept me up date on Piper while I was away, which helped ease my stress cause we are not apart often. She sent pics. Right before drop-off, we accidentally nicked Oliver's nail while trimming it, and she was waiting at the door with grooming powder to help stop the bleeding. That’s someone who truly knows how to take care of pups. When we picked them up, they were freshly bathed, tired, and happy.
