Ngan was amazing! We were so nervous about leaving Oliver and Luna with a pet sitter for the first time, but she immediately put us at ease. Her dog-friendly home and calm, knowledgeable demeanor made us feel comfortable from the start. Right before drop-off, we accidentally nicked Oliver's nail while trimming it, and she was waiting at the door with grooming powder to help stop the bleeding. That’s someone who truly knows how to take care of pups. When we picked them up, they were freshly bathed, tired, and happy.
