“Kiana was a great person to have come and check in on our cat. Her communication was excellent, the cat apparently loved her based on all of the photos she was able to take, and she went above and beyond by bringin in a large package that unexpectedly arrived while we were gone. We're thankful for her services and wouldn't hesitate to book her again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I can remember! I grew up with a small Pekingese in the house and now I have a 3 year old Lab pup named Zara. Since then I have taken care of many more pets, breeds I’ve worked with include Labs, Goldens, beagles, bulldogs, pugs, landseers, pit bulls and mixed breeds. I’ve done lots of baby sitting alongside pet sitting, while taking care of the baby I would also take care of the pet in the home! I would take them both on walks, feed them and play outside! I also have experience with senior dogs, last year I took care of Waimea, a senior golden who had eye problems, I would feed her, give her medicine and cleanse her eyes. I also have experience with Cats! I currently work fully remote on my own schedule so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! As well as obviously the weekends! In my home we have plenty of space for your dog! We have lots of space, a big fenced backyard and my house is located in the waterview community which has access to parks and trails for long walks!
“This is my second time booking Xandra and I couldn’t be happier. She is extremely attentive and communicates well. I really appreciate how quickly she responded and kept me updated throughout the trip. I def recommend her ! Book with her if you don’t want to worry about your fur babies while you’re away.”

“Dawn is an awesome pet sitter. She is a great communicator and is very reliable. She always takes great care of my cat when I am gone. Whenever I leave home, I always try and book with Dawn!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since childhood as owner but also the strays that come along! I have also volunteered at the animal shelter and adoption agency and not afraid of the pet duties that come with dogs and cats. I work full time remote Monday to Thursday. Available any time Friday to Sunday for this weekend trips that come up. Walks or dog sitting while working is not an issue for me or my employer. I do have one dog and one cat, but can crate pet if needed and have their own space & to fulfill their needs. Yard is not fully fenced so walks will be main source of outside time.
“Adrienne was great with my 2 dogs! They both took to her immediately and her communication was great about how the visit went. She also sent lots of pictures and I can see that my dogs were very comfortable with her. She also has experience with dogs with a more special needs because my older gal has cancer, and has had a major surgery and she was very attentive to all of that. I will be using her as often as I can!”

About: Hello! My name is Lacey and I would love to help you and your family! I have four years of pet care experience but grew up my whole life with animals. I can stay the night if needed and have experience with senior dogs and reactive dogs! I work as a sub, but my schedule is flexible due to the fact I pick when I go into work so i'm available Sunday- Saturday! I have my own car and previously stayed the night at clients houses, that has never been an issue for me! Typically when I arrive I will immediately greet the pups and let the outside to go potty. After, I will play and love on them, get to know their personalities and go on their pace. If it's time to feed them i would proceed with that and letting them go potty after. Depending on if you would like me to stay the night with them is how i move after.
About: I have a deep passion for animals and I have taken care of a wide variety of animals over the years, including puppies, senior animals, and reptiles. At home, I handle feeding, exercise, and playtime daily. “Fantastic! Maddy has been great help, and gone above and beyond. As my cat ages she doesn't want to travel, and having someone who can step in and help is amazing. Thank you.”

Currently I have 3 cats and we have had them since 2015 . I love animals and it’s a way for me to have some time off from this busy life. I’m usually free after 4 pm , I work part time and play soccer for a semi professional team . I am flexible and like to make times work for clients. Very clean and organized , not chaotic just me and my parents . I usually only house cats unless it’s worth it for me, as I’m more cat
“James was fantastic with our 2 Boxers Papi and Morgan. Before our trip, he visited twice, to make sure he was comfortable with them, what their routine was, and where were things in the house. First of all, he was not afraid of enter the house with 4 Boxers in total, even though he had to care for 2 of them only. He did check-in and check-out at each visit, adding pics and details of what they did. Morgan is very shy with new people, he misses us very much, and sometimes does not eat for days. With James, he warmed up a little bit quicker, and started to eat again a little on the 3rd meal. James did not lost patience and even brought Morgan's food all the way to his safe place to have him eat a little, which he did! I am a Pet Nanny myself, and I highly recommend James for your pups. I cannot thank him enough for giving me peace of mind in living my precious Boxers in his care, and will certainly call him again to care for our pups and look over our home.”

About: I've been around all kinds of animals since I was a kid. I grew up with dogs, cats, horses, birds, hamsters, rabbits and even ducks. Besides the family pets, I had my own dog since he was 4 months and passed at 13 years, my own cat who was the feral barn cat turned domesticated & living with me until she passed at about 14 years and my own horse I had since I was 10 until he passed at almost 39 years old. I have been around all kinds of breeds and ages of dogs, all sizes, and even volunteered at a wolf sanctuary when I lived in NH. Animals are my love and passion. I work from home so I can be available anytime and be home with your fur babies all day. My schedule is flexible so I am readily available anytime. I know each pet is uniquely individual and you know your fur babies best. I follow all instructions explicitly as you set them and give daily updates with pictures. I know how hard it is leaving your pets home while you travel.
“Love Madelyn! She followed the instructions I left for my 2 cats. I did not ask for photos, but she sent lots of photos for every drop in that she did. I have 1 shy kitty that is scared of strangers, but he warmed up to her on the second day which is great. My cats looked happy during the drop ins.”

“Iliana has been so amazing with my 6 month puppy! Luna loves Iliana and I have so much ease of mind knowing she is taken care of while I am at work. Iliana was even so flexible and accommodating when my puppy was still recovering from surgery and had some extra needs. She is great at communicating and is very professional and responsible. I can tell that Iliana helps get Luna’s extra energy out during the day and is helping with basic training. Thank you Iliana for all your hard work!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Sachse
Nicole is absolutely the best! We have two large dogs, and she went above and beyond in every possible way. She took AMAZING care of our pups and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She thought of everything—from turning on the porch lights, putting on Disney movies for the dogs, and adding ice to their water bowls, to sending timely updates and always being responsive. It was clear that she genuinely cared for our dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous, but Nicole made the entire experience so wonderful and stress-free. I truly cannot say enough great things about her. We can’t wait to book with her again, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

We had a wonderful experience with Ashlyn! She took such great care of our dog, who doesn’t like to be alone, and made sure she got plenty of playtime and attention. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos — it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She clearly loves animals and treats them like her own. Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
