In addition to my veterinary training, I have volunteered for two years with Friends of Rescue Animals, assisted at PetSmart, and have volunteered with Animal Allies of Texas for over 3 years. I currently work full-time (5 days weekly) but I am available all day Mon and Wed for any service that your pet will need. I can easily crate any animals if needed. I make sure pets always have water, are fed (according to owner's instructions), and get the exercise, playtime, and attention they need. About: I just really love all types of animals. You can’t go wrong with choosing me to take care of your pet. I’ve fostered, I’ve worked as a dog washer, I’ve brought home more strays than I could ever count. I work a job in which I mostly make my own schedule, so fitting in time for extra pets is never hard. Most dogs transition into my dog’s and my routine fairly quick, but I can adjust to their needs, too. If they need midnight pee breaks for instance. Pick up and drop offs hours are between 7a-7p and are scheduled as a 20 min window of time so no pups over lap their time for arrival or departure. Please arrive at your scheduled time because my day is micro planned between job and dog schedule of play, feedings, other pups arriving or leaving, meet and greets, and also fitting in a life. If you are late or going to be late, please notify me as soon as you realize and we can rebook another opening for your pup. Thank you for understanding and helping to see my time as valuable. No pick up or drop offs on holidays (Easter Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, etc), Please arrange for the day before or after the holiday. Thank you Your pet will be indoors, with supervised time in the fenced in yard with pool multiple times a day. I crate pups when necessary, especially if I am going to leave the house (this is a safety precaution), during feedings, and at night. You must be okay with your pup being crated. I can teach your pup if they are not accustom to crate time. You can bring your own crate or I have a few here, definitely bring something that smells like home to add to their crate. Dog area is anywhere in the downstairs area, with the exception of my bed. I have a strict no dogs on bed policy, but cuddles on the couch is fine. I accept a few families of pets at a time so that all pets get enough attention.

About: My experience with caring for pets and homes has always gone great! I've cared for large, small and senior dogs. I love dogs since growing up so it's not really a challenge for me! I've cared for cats of all ages. Even though they are more independent I love to take part in their care. I've cared for some lizards and bunnies as well! These are some of the animals I've watched over and although they are all different, each experience has always been a pleasure and a learning experience. My current work schedule is never 100% consistent so I would consider myself always available to take care of any pet or board at any home! If I'm given dates to be there, I will be there 100%! When it comes to animals I have always been involved. Since I was young ,i've had a total of 8 dogs, 3 cats, 4 hamsters and 1 rabbit! I love animals so much and try to make them have the best time while they are with me. I loved taking my pets for walks. I also valued their breakfast lunch and dinner times and spoiled them with the options I had. Snuggles are very important to me because it's a bonding experience with my animal! About: Welcome to my page! My passion is spreading the love, and we do that by being loving animal owners ourselves. I have been a caregiver for 25 years and have experience with animals small to large, hedgehog to horse. We love them all! We enjoy caring for a variety of animals and sharing toys, walks, and of course belly rubs. It really gives us a happy boost so we seek it out often. We are a house of many cards, actually animals. We have two dogs, 2 cats, and a bearded dragon. We’ve been blessed with the opportunity to help rescue and release some back yard birds like doves and finches. We really do have a niche for this! I'm currently a stay at home mom of kids and animals. During the day I’m available to come by and say hi, or you can drop off and pick up around your work schedule. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I have a securely fenced backyard and take precautions based on each pet’s individual needs, behavior, routine, and current weather conditions. On walks, I use safe handling practices and avoid unnecessary interactions with unfamiliar animals. In the home, pets that do not get along are safely kept separate, and I follow owner-established routines to help minimize stress and anxiety. I believe good pet care also requires good communication, so I keep communication with owners open, respectful, and consistent. At this time, I offer limited short-term daytime boarding when circumstances require it, such as emergencies or helping with a pet’s pickup and care following a veterinary procedure.
