She was very timely, which is especially important because one of our babies was recently diagnosed with diabetes and requires an insulin shot every 12 hours. She took great care of him with this extra task and is very responsible. We had an unfortunate issue with the lock on our door. She called immediately, and even met with the locksmith to get everything taken care of and made sure our house and animals were secure.
