“First time ever using Rover, I’m so glad I booked with Zoila. I kept having to change my requests and she was so nice and understanding! My Gizmo was nervous at first but she was so sweet and patient, he loved her. 100% will rebook”

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and have cared for both dogs and cats since I was little. Growing up with pets has taught me how to understand their different personalities, routines, and needs. I treat every pet like they’re my own, whether that means going for walks, playing, feeding, cleaning up after them, or simply giving them love and attention. I’m dependable, patient, and happy to send photo updates so you know your pet is safe and happy while you’re away. I currently work on weekends, so I’m most available Monday through Friday. My schedule allows me to provide drop-in visits, walks, and quality time with your pets during the week. I’ll always communicate clearly about my availability and make sure your pet receives the care and attention they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special routines your pet has. I’ll treat both your pet and your home with respect, make sure everything is secure before I leave, and send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I have been doing Rover for quite a few years now and I love it! I am blessed to have many repeat clients who have become like family, along with their fur babies. I have a home with a nice sized yard in Wylie and I am ready to help you with your pet sitting needs. I have 30+ years of experience having pets so I am confident I can help. I do not have any pets currently. My dog passed away a few years ago and I can’t bring myself to replace him just yet so doing Rover makes perfect sense for me right now. I work from home, so I can give your dog the attention they need. I try to keep dogs from one family at a time so they are comfortable and so am II, so my clients love this. Of course, since I only watch one family pet at a time I do book up quickly so it’s a good idea to contact me as far in advance as possible. Thanks and I look forward to meeting & helping you - I work from my home so it is very easy to give your pet my full attention I can take them on walks if they like that too! I care for pets in my home only at this time as I am not doing visits to a clients homes at this time. Thanks!

About: Growing up my mom loved fostering dogs. I have taken care of puppies, large dogs, and senior dogs. I love learning about each dogs personality and growing with them. Currently looking for work with a degree in computer engineering. In the meantime I’d like to take care of animals. I am available mornings, nights, and overnight. I’d prefer going to clients homes and following their directions to take care of the pet. I enjoy going on walks and playing with toys.
“This is my second time booking Xandra and I couldn’t be happier. She is extremely attentive and communicates well. I really appreciate how quickly she responded and kept me updated throughout the trip. I def recommend her ! Book with her if you don’t want to worry about your fur babies while you’re away.”

“John was a great friend to our doggo meatball! He followed all my instructions accordingly and insured meatball had proper care, play time, and fun during their visits! I would recommend John to any pet parents looking for a responsible person who communicates quickly to look after their pups! Thanks again John! We will be using you again!”

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life and have been an on and off pet sitter since I was a teen! I have experience caring for both baby and senior animals through my own pets I've owned, although most of my pet sitting experience is with adult/young adult cats and dogs that required no special care. These days I am exclusively a cat owner and most frequently find myself cat sitting, but I'm still willing and capable of dog sitting! I'm quite passionate about my love for animals, I've been a vegetarian for over a decade and frequently find myself feeding strays and taking them to no kill shelters. I've even had the pleasure of reuniting a few lost cats with their owners! I love every animal entrusted into my care as if they were my own, I'd be delighted to spend time with your critters! At the time of writing this I currently work a part time job, my shifts are typically 4-5 hours long, accounting for commute time on days that I work I may be away for 6 hours. If your pet requires more attentive care I may not be the right fit for you! So long as I'm left with any specific care instructions (find toys here, feed at these times, walk x amount of times a day, crate at night, etc) I will care for your pet just the same as you would! Whether I'm staying in your home or just dropping by a couple of times a day, I always respect and maintain the space I'm a guest in.
“Iliana has been so amazing with my 6 month puppy! Luna loves Iliana and I have so much ease of mind knowing she is taken care of while I am at work. Iliana was even so flexible and accommodating when my puppy was still recovering from surgery and had some extra needs. She is great at communicating and is very professional and responsible. I can tell that Iliana helps get Luna’s extra energy out during the day and is helping with basic training. Thank you Iliana for all your hard work!!”

About: I've always grown up around dogs and taking care of strays. The ones who we didn't keep, we made sure they got to go to a better home! I know how important it is that they are well fed, have enough playtime and most importantly, feel loved! I work part time retail so my work hours can be all over the place. I do my best to balance work and taking care of your beloved pets! I make sure my cats have their favorite treats on hand, plenty of wet food, clean litter boxes, heating pads on, plenty of toys (and boxes)! I also like to move things around for more enrichment and they love it!

About: I grew up with dogs. Not just in my household, but in my cousins’ and grandparents’. I learned from a young age how to take care of dogs. These past 4 years especially, I have started pet sitting for friends and family alike. I can walk, bathe, and play with dogs. I also know how to administer medication, if needed. I am a big lover of animals. Any animal under my care is automatically going to be treated with the utmost care. I am currently on summer break from my college classes. The only time I would not be able to pet sit or walk would be Wednesdays from 1:30 to 2:30. I have a fenced in backyard. I do have a pool, but I will never leave your pet unattended in the backyard. I have a cat, but she can easily go into the main bedroom comfortably.
“Tracey is so accommodating and great with the pups! She is very punctual and detailed while caring greatly for her furry clients. Definitely would recommend and will keep booking her in the future!”

About: I had a childhood dog named Shelby, she was a cockapoo. We currently have a doodle named Luka. I have had my two guinea pigs, Milo and Max for 4-5 years now. I have also had a pet hamster, Dash, before for about a year. I also raised three kittens and had a momma cat before. I’m working full time Friday-Tuesday, and i have full availability Wednesday & Thursday. I’m more than happy to do overnight stays, dog walks and playtime, etc! I will make sure your furry child gets lots of love and attention! I love animals of all kinds, and am so excited at this opportunity to work with animals!
“Marissa did a great job with our cats! I was nervous about using an app mainly for dog sitting for cat sitting but I found a rare cat person, hallelujah! Really appreciate her flexibility and giving the cats good attention when she was here!”

About: I have owned pets (dogs, cats, birds, horses, chickens) for my entire life. I got my first horse at 10 years old, and my parents own a horseback riding stable where I have helped care for healthy, sick and injured horses, dogs and cats for the past 45 years. I have pet sat as a teen and as a trusted neighbor more recently. I currently have a 15-year-old Pyrenees mix named Honey and daily care for 35 horses. I am calm in emergencies and very reliable. I am confident administering medicine and other pet care needs. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I would be able to support a majority of needs for any clients that use my services. I am a mature, reliable and very capable person as I migrate to semi-retirement, I am looking for a side income where I can earn money doing something that I enjoy. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Wylie
Ashley was great with our pets. She sent pictures all the time and kept me updated with how they were doing. She gave insulin shots to my diabetic dog and was consistent with the times she came. It’s hard to find someone that can give insulin shots, so I’m very glad to have found her.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dani! Having two dogs (1 is a 8 week pup) to care for is no small task, but she handled both of them with so much love, patience, and attention. She kept us updated, made sure they were happy, and well cared for, and treated them as if they were her own. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands while we were away. Both dogs absolutely loved her, which is probably the best review of all! She is dependable, caring, trustworthy, and truly understands how much our pets mean to us. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their dogs. We will definitely be using her again!
Amela was amazing!! This was our first time using this service and was very worried about leaving my fur baby in a strangers care. From the first moment I met Amela I knew she was the perfect fit for our family. I got photos and videos daily as well as updates on his behavior. She was always on time and professional. Most of all I could tell she loved her job and our dog! I never worried about him or our home. I highly recommend Amela and will be using her for all future trips!

Samantha was amazing! She provided such good care of our dog we felt so at peace with having her do drop ins. We got great updates and check in reports with lots of pictures, she was so attentive to our dog and you can tell she really cares!! Can’t wait to use her again

We had a wonderful experience with Ashlyn! She took such great care of our dog, who doesn’t like to be alone, and made sure she got plenty of playtime and attention. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos — it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She clearly loves animals and treats them like her own. Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter.
