I take animal care extremely seriously and treat my own pets like they're children. I am very intuitive with animals and adjust care based on their needs and what will make them the happiest. I go out of my way to make animals comfortable, content, and happy, often even sitting on the floor so my dog can have my comfy chair! It is important to me to provide the most loving, attentive care possible and be someone that you can trust with your home and your animals. Please note, because I am so dedicated to animal care, my own dog will need to come and stay with me on overnight visits. I will schedule a meet and greet with you in this case and in most arrangements, this works out well because your dog will have a caregiver and a doggie friend to keep them company and entertained! I just will need to work with families that are open to and comfortable with this arrangement for overnight visits, drop-ins are without my dog. More details about this below in my profile.

Safety, trust & environment
I do everything I possibly can to provide a happy, healthy, safe home for all pets I am responsible for (mine and others). With this being the case, I will bring my own dog on overnight visits. He is extremely friendly and gentle to all animals and gets along extremely well with all types of pets. He has won over many shy, hesitant, and reserved dogs and even cats! I will need to work with families that are open to and comfortable with this arrangement but I will also go out of my way to take incredible care of the pets I will be sitting for to make sure everyone is happy! Further, I have protocols in place to ensure the happiness and safety of everyone involved, including complementary meet and greets and other procedures to ensure safety. My dog will NEVER be left unsupervised with your pets and will not be left in your home alone without me.

Amber did an amazing job caring for my boys. They were fed and well cared for while I was gone for a week. I loved the two pre-visits that we did to ensure that my boys were comfortable with her and Freddie. She definitely did a great job and I was happy 😁😄
Amber was an amazing house sitter for our senior dog. We were in a time crunch and she was totally flexible and asked questions that made me feel completely relieved that she was watching our old boy. Her dog Freddie came along and was fast friends with our Barley - couldn't have asked for a better sitter!

Schedule
i work a typical 9-5 (8-6 with drive time) office job and would love to care for your pets around those hours. Happy to come in the morning and after work depending on your location.
