“Ella stayed with our 2 dogs in our home for a few nights and did a wonderful job from start to finish. She communicated very professionally before, during, and after the stay. She provided daily and detailed updates with pictures. One of our dogs generally shows signs of anxiety after we get home from a trip, but that hasn't been the case this time. Ella made sure that when she did leave the house during her stay, it wasn't for more than 8 hours per our request to ensure the dogs had their necessary bathroom breaks. Fill their bowls with food and/or water. I have administered syringe drops in mouth/ears and/or provide tablet medicine as well. Assure that the dog/ is secure in their cage and/or comfortable in their environment before leaving.

Leaving senior pets can be stressful, but she made the entire experience completely worry-free, we have never been on vacation without worrying about our babies until now.
